Absolutely brilliant
Last Saturday we went to Evans Halshaw Citroen to look at a used car, never in our wildest dreams did we think we would be coming home with one the same day! My boyfriend doesn't like car sales men but Shaun was absolutely brilliant. He took us through the whole process thoroughly and he was kind, funny and professional, overall he made the whole experience really pleasurable. When I come to the point of getting a new car I will definitely be paying Shaun a visit! Thank you ☺️

I purchased a lovely used car from Evans Halshaw Citroen Sheffield which unfortunately had a small number of minor faults that became apparent after purchase. I have to say I am very grateful and impressed by how responsive and attentive Helen and the service team have been in resolving the problem, which took a number of attempts and needed to go to a specialist in the end to fix. I have had bad experiences in the past where dealers have tried to mask or shrug these types of issues off with used cars. That was never the case with Helen and her team. They took responsibility and got the issue resolved as soon as they could and even looked after the car and dropped it off at the specialist while I was away on holiday for it to be repaired. Thank you very much Helen and team. I will not hesitate to use this dealership again with my future car purchases.
