From seeing the car on the web site…
From seeing the car on the web site Paul was extremely helpful, sending a video of the car and pointing out the stone chips and marks. We never saw the car at the Blackpool showroom as it would have been a 6 hour round trip for us so we relied on Paul to make sure everything was ok. He arranged for the car to be delivered on the day we wanted and was delivered on the time he said. There were a couple of minor niggles, the TPMS monitor was active when the car was delivered and the rear wiper blade needed replacing but Paul deposited money in our account to cover the inconvenience in getting them sorted. We are very happy with the car and the service given.

Fantastic customer experience
We were made very welcome when looking for a car. We’d seen one on the website and so Paul helped us get it, he rang the garage where it was to ensure the details were correct, which they were. He arranged for the car to be brought to the Blackpool garage. We went through the paperwork. He rang me when car arrived, so I could go and view it. I was happy with it and so bought it. When I went to pick it up, unfortunately the money wouldn’t transfer from my bank due to large customer service queues, so Paul took me home and picked me up the next morning when the money had gone through. Fantastic customer experience, thank you love my car!
