I have just bought a Seat Leon from Evans Halshaw Ford in Cardiff (Newport Road.)
Richard was very polite, helpful and professional at all times.
He never did any ‘hard sell’ tactics and he was very knowledgeable.
He was always very prompt at replying to my emails and he answered all my questions.
He was also friendly (but professional at the same time) and he took me through every stage of the process from showing me the car and the test drive, to doing a valuation on the car that I wanted to part-exchange with him.
He explained what warranty and damage cover etc I could purchase for the vehicle in a very understandable way.
All of the paperwork was explained to me and the car looked really good when I picked it up.
I would recommend this dealership and Richard to anyone…

From the outset, we had great service from Alex and Leigh at new car sales. We previously owned a new Ford Kuga which was one of many new vehicles we have purchased from this dealership but I have to say, the new Ford Kuga 2024 is above any other car we’ve purchased. Jules made buying a new car such a relaxed experience. No pushy sales talk or blurb and simply outlining costs and extras to purchase. I opted for the 2 year warranty, which just made sense and now I'm the proud owner of an Audi S3.
Trading in my own car as a part exchange was a breeze, and the after sales support has been first class. If you are in the market for a used car I would highly recommend.
