Overall very positive impression of my recent experience buying a used car at Evans Halshaw Ford Cardiff. My salesman Will listened carefully to my use case and was able to suggest cars that fit the bill at prices that were within my budget. Really quick to reply to emails, provided a video tour of the vehicle and a test drive without issue. Ended up with a lovely car which I wouldn't even have thought could be in my budget! Exemplary customer service and good after sales care from a salesman and sales team that actually care about the customer experience. Puts rivals to some considerable shame.
