Great Improvement Required
1. Your automated answering is not clear or loud enough.
2. No one EVER answers the phone in your service department.
3. Rude and patronising member of your staff when I was forced to speak to sales as no answer with service department.
4. No up-date provided to the service of the van.
5. The receptionist was very polite and professional but when I walked into reception to collect the van, her colleague was yawning and leaning back in his chair.
Might I suggest you move him to the service department where he can answer the phones and keep customers up-dated.
