Great customer service, very helpful, friendly team

The work was done perfectly; but the experience was made excellent because of the collection and delivery service. It permitted me to carry on with work without interrupting the day at all.

The sales people are friendly and helpful.
Improvements would be to give the customer a more personal and empathetic experience.
I do feel that lateness and sloppy dress gives the wrong impression of the company.

I Bought bmw 3 series in 2022 ,service was very good when selling the car, ac was not working from day one I thought air con must be low , top up 3 times, still not working ,then after 1 year when I turn the steering wheel right it get locks on , ( problem with coil spring ) I called them up about ac and coil spring after 1 months I got appointment 06 dec 2023 in Milton kynes I have 3 years warranty on the car , same day collected the car ,ac still not working and (they told everything is fixed and they put new coil spring )when I checked they didn’t change at all ,my car was undriveable after the service ,call them again no appointments given reason they told me they have to order part from bmw. They told me to wait next week and part will arrive , not a single call from them Milton kynes ford I been calling almost every 2 weeks , they just ingnoring the issues , I dint drive the car for more then 3 months ,my ac is not working till now and no call from them till now , i left with no choice I have to give to local garage. Found out spring , top mount and shock absorber gone , because it was not replace on time ,I have to pay for alternative ways to travel and getting my car fixed for 3 months ,my family member or any of friends will never buy again from you’ll

A very good service - very straightforward. Knowledgeable salesperson (Rorie), answering my questions clearly including when I thought the engine sounded loud during a test drive, which he said was normal for this type of car/engine.
