Staff only interested in talking to you till you purchase the car. I found something missing in the car, and got in touch, but no response whatsoever. Embarrassing after-sales service.

A very good experience
We bought a Ford Kuga Hybrid and our salesman was Owen Williams. From first meeting Owen until we collected the car he could not have been more helpful, considerate and professional.
Occasionally Owen consulted with other colleagues who all showed a very positive attitude towards us and helped the process run smoothly.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Explanations were clear and all products were well explained. It was sometimes difficult to get through by phone and parking is awkward, but in terms of my car purchase process, I'm very happy.
