Not even got the used car yet and had numerous phone calls not returned. Spent 2 hours being given the hard sell even though I said I only wanted to buy car no 'extras' Was worn down into agreeing to a warranty I didn't want and now been told two days before I pick up car they can't repair damage we agreed to as not enough margin in it for them !!!!
Got sob story of salesman who said he would fill tank up out of his own pocket to make up for it, they honestly think I fell out of a tree, disgusted.
