I was deceived and cheated by them more than once. When I bought the car, they gave me a car with problems and defects; the camera did not work. When I went to repair the car, they impounded the car and used it for their own private use for more than 500 miles. This is clear fraud on your part.

Great service as usual from the service receptionist but the technician failed to replicate or find the cause of a loud squeak from the rear wheels that I had reported. The cause was only found after I demonstrated the squeak when I returned to pick up the car, which is now booked in for new rear brake pads & discs

2 day service = 2 1/2 weeks and zero…
2 day service = 2 1/2 weeks and zero communication.
My car was booked in for a service and some warranty repairs. This took over 2 weeks longer than planned, and I was unable to get any update from Leeds, and not a single phone call was answered.
Car is great - service has been the worst I have ever experienced.

The process of then identifying th car I wanted took about 1 day and the car was then deliver about 2 weeks later. Everybody involved, esp. The worst service
Embarrassing and disappointing.
Took my car for annual service Leeds hyundai, Then I found out they didn't put back the oil stick، now the oil spits everywhere. Nothing works right in there. Except the sale team you wont get anywhere with the service team.
I called them 2 month ago . And still waiting for the manager's call. I called back and they said he's busy with many different meetings. Which means they don't wanna deal with the mess they created. A local mechanic and business care more about customers than these people. They're damaging hyundai reputation on purpose.
