Bought second hand from EH Hull
Bought second hand from EH Hull. Car was not as agreed on collection. Wheels were to be refurbished and had not been.
EH agreed to correct but means another trip to the garage at my time and expense. The car had been valeted but really not very well. Found dog hair in the back and sweets down the back seats. Redone it all myself. Really not impressed. They clearly don't carry out any quality checks before collection.

Our salesman Liam Darley was extremely helpful, he listened to our requirements. If he didn't know the answer to our questions he didn't waffle through like some salesmen we've met recently whilst choosing a new car. He went and found out for us He was very pleasant without being pushy. We met the new car manager who together with Liam put together a really good deal.
The manager rang to find out delivery time for us which we appreciated. We had a test drive of the sportage which we loved. The legroom is unbelievable!
But, hats off to Liam we appreciate how he went out of his way for us, culminating in we bought a brand new car.
