Dropped the car in just after 08:00, I was advised that the service may be completed before 17:00, they would ring me if any problems arise, also if the service is completed at an earlier time I would be notified that the car was available to collect. Received a call just before 13:00 as the car was ready to collect, picked it up before 14:00, sparking as it had been given a good wash 👍

I should of been told to take the Van …
I should of been told to take the Van away and wait till they call me when they have an available slot to do the work, which i could then very easily take the van back to have the work required completed. Keeping the van for 10 days was not acceptable!!

Don't expect prompt service
The time taken to get my car in and repaired at an eye watering nearly £800 was in total more than 6 months from the fault being noticed. Also having a premium guarantee did not live up the expectations it gives you on their website. Other than that, the staff were reasonably helpful.
