I never give 5* but I felt I had to because I went in to pick up a wing mirror for my 7yr Renault car and met Thomas Brown who asked if he could help whilst I was looking at a Clio on the forecourt. He was not pushy but very informative he looked over my car and gave me a good price against the 1 year old one I had seen. I had never had finance before but he made it so easy and I left owning a beautiful car. He was a real gentleman in fact all his colleagues were very pleasant and very smartly dressed. He made sure I even got a credit for the wing mirror I had ordered for my old car. I bought my previous car from there and really glad I went back. Many thanks

Picking a Car:

During our visit we had a list of cars that we wanted to check out. Ryan greeted and approached us, we had Ryan doing a marathon running back and forth to get us the keys for our list of cars we wanted to sit in. Ryan was very polite throughout and seemed to genuine enough. We decided on a spacious Citroen Aircross at a highly competitive price point.

Test Drive and Car Delivery:

We scheduled a test drive and took the car out for a spin, but we wanted a different colour. Ryan and Tom arranged to collect the colour we wanted from another site that Renault had. This was at no extra cost either.

Financing Options:

The finance is not that competitive, but it's a straight forward process. There are options suitable for individual needs. We still want to change some things, you get 14days to refinance etc without penalty (legislation.)

Picking Up the Car:

Things got a little bumpy here and we spent a good portion of the day here, but overall the experience was good.

Very professional friendly service. Thorough advice and fair price for part exchange. Helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

This is the second time I have purchased a new car via Jack and the third car in total over the years from Evan Halshaw. Excellent customer service from Jack, clearly explaining the process and answered any questions I had. Very professional throughout and overall a happy customer. From initial contact Tom was cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. I pretty much new what I wanted and this was confirmed with his responses to my questions. Great product at great price with great service.

Purchased my nineth Renault last week,decided to part ex my Clio for a near new mild hybrid Captur. The dealership did not have any offer but the salesman was extremely helpful and searched other branches and a suitable vehicle was acquired. The salesman explained all options on financing and extras to which I must say No pressure was on me to accept. The salesman kept me up to date with delivery time
