Despite being very busy (as was every other Peugeot dealership in the area, as I called around to see if anyone could look at it the same day), they managed to squeeze in my car for a fan heater repair within 5 days of calling. When I took it in, it was fixed quickly, no fuss, and ready to collect within the timeframe I needed. I've always found the service team friendly and super helpful.

Billy was so helpfull and patient with us helping to find our next car. Unlike some car dealers trying to push toy into buying something you don't want her helped us find the right car for us. Honestly looking for a car can be stressful he takes that stress away very highly recommended 5 star service

Dropped the car off which was very quick and efficient. Wendy phoned me several times to keep me updated with progress. Wendy is friendly courteous and an asset to Evans Halshaw.

Fantastic customer service. I ended up being 15 minutes late for my slot because of traffic, but it wasn't a problem for them. Lady at the desk (Sarah?) Was so nice and professional. Courtesy car was clean and ready and mycwas car was returned washed and vacuumed too. Full service done abd turnaround was 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a service and it was taken at the correct time and we sat and waited. Had complimentary drinks, kept up to date from the service ladies and finished in good time with a car wash included.

Untrustworthy, dishonest, corrupt! Recall issued for cam shaft, Evans Halshaw mechanic deemed this ok by LISTENING TO IT!!!! timing belt fails within 300 miles. Car can then be taken back to be looked at again but at a cost of £175 plus VAT. RAC mechanic who rescued us when the car died declared that it is impossible for a timing belt to fail within 300 miles of it being checked and deemed ok. Vauxhall are now refusing to accept liability, online checks state that recall meant timing belt should have been changed as standard practice.

I definitely would not recommend Evans Halshaw. The car I bought had not been checked or serviced properly when I bought it. Our own mechanic identified issues which we went back to Evans Halshaw with and there was no apology or any sort sort of compensation. No confidence or faith in company.

Service team - excellent service from the service team, especially Julie Jammeh, very on the ball with booking appointments, having paperwork ready, calling when needed and having a lovely helpful and pleasant personality. Julie is always a pleasure to speak with.
Sales team - we recently purchased a new Vauxhall Astra Griffin and wanted to give Dan Pearson on the sales team a big thank you for his help. Very professional and knowledgeable, he answered our questions on the Corsa and Astra. Showed us the vehicles we requested and arranged our part exchange.
All very smoothly, without any pressure, just what you need. We felt very at easy with Dan and confident that everything would be ready on the Monday when we picked the car up, which it was. Dan gave us plenty of his time, answered all our questions, especially with the newer model differences / changes and made sure we were good to go. We also had an after sales call a couple of days after to check everwas OK. 10/10 service from Dan, thank you x

Even get a nice little video showing u them doing checks on the car
Staff are super polite to you which is a bonus

Evans Halshaw provided great customer service! Julie was personable and friendly and explained the process, kept me informed and went out of her way to make the process straightforward and welcoming. I was really impressed by their service and would definitely recommend them as a garage.

A warm, friendly greeting when we arrived at the body shop reception. After my car had been examined, the necessary procedures were explained and an estimate of costs provided. After the work had been carried out I was really pleased with the results. The cost was within estimate and I left feeling that an excellent service had been provided. All in all, the staff that we met were a credit to the company.

Arrived early for my appointment for an mot. Greeted and booked in (I had booked to stay whilst the work was being done). Was offered both a hot or cold drink. It was great to have the tv on mute in the waiting area (killed time) as did the music Once the work was completed, Julie informed me if the results, and asked whether I wanted the car cleaning, I declined on this occasion. Julie was friendly and professional throughout.
