Very Disappointing
Not a good experience with EHS had the car over a month (warranty work) i understand that a part was on back order and eventually sorted, customer service girls were great after a few phone calls and the updates were great. on picking the car up (absolutely filthy) took the car home and within 48 hours and less than 40 miles later the engine management light was back on, booked the car back in for diagnostics (not holding my breath unfortunately), i think the dealer principle needs to up his game regarding issues but still waiting for a reply to an email sent 6 months ago.

Car was booked in for vehicle inspection and MOT, mechanic sent us a video of inspection and advised work which was required along with the cost. Hailey was friendly and efficient and kept us informed of the timescales and increased insurance cover for the courtesy car due to the car having to stay overnight. Would recommend using this garage again. 😀

Excellent service received. I had my car in for a service and MOT at the Shiremoor. It’s the first time I’ve been to this garage. I was very impressed by the service provided. Booking in was easy. The health check on my car was very comprehensive and I was sent a video of the health check. Having a service plan, helped spread the cost, so I didn’t have anything to pay at the time. My car was washed prior to me picking it up. I’d highly recommend this garage.

Great Service Experience
Everything went really smoothly for the recent service of my Vauxhall Astra. I dropped the car off early in the morning as arranged, and picked it up later in the afternoon. All the staff I spoke to were very polite, and the lady who looked after me on the day (Hayley) was most caring, walking me to my car for collection. The car received a complimentary wash and vac, and I was pleased someone took the opportunity to clean the inside of the windscreen - which certainly needed doing! Thank you!

Took our motability car in for a service and to get other things done. Staff were friendly and professional as always. We received a courtesy car. The member of staff help me with the forms especially when I couldn't find my insurance certificate on the motability app. We have no problems from beginning to end.
I would definitely recommend this garage as the customer service is excellent.
