Good if you are looking for something local. Reasonable price, helpful and friendly customer support. Don't see why the negative reviewers here are making such a big deal. Am considering to be Exabytes Partner too!

Terrible 24/7 Servies
We have been using Exabytes for more than 3 years. I've had enough.
First - we get told our current hosting plan is insufficient to host our site. Which happens, its fair enough.
The rates we are being quoted as an existing client is 30% higher than the advertised rates on their website.
" Sorry this discounted rate is for new customers only "
Second - in the past few months our site has more and more issues - downtime, server errors etc. Exabytes has a Client Login, which is as useful as not having a Client Login.
24/7 Technical Chat only sends even the smallest issues to a ticket via email, and you have to sit and wait while your website is down.
Claiming to have round the clock service is pointless when that service never actually does a damn thing besides forward you to someone who will sort it out.
Goodbye Exabytes, you're a disappointment of a Malaysian company.

Very bad service with multiple…
Very bad service with multiple downtime. Moved our company email server to their dedicated server platform. Since then were hit by multiple downtime due to storage issue, firewall problem. Tech. support is very minimum.

Frustrated when using Exabytes
Frustrated when using Exabytes - the service level is not up to par. Had requested for step by step help on how to backup my wordpress website and install the latest version of wordpress but the service personnel just left me hanging and told me to liaise with web developer

I have been using Exabytes hosting…
I have been using Exabytes hosting service for above 2 years+ and I have never encountered big problems compared to other hosting providers. I tried Exabytes is because I saw their Hosting Transfer Program, which offers me 50% OFF and also extra months. They are working hard and they have done a good job for me so far.

Doesn't offer 24x7x365 support as claimed, a dishonest company
This company claims to offer 24x7x365 support, however they do not. If you want to transfer a domain in to the company, they will only process it from 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday. As any decent web host will tell you, this is unacceptable. Any decent web host would be able to process these requests at any time, so that professional companies can minimise downtime for emails and websites. Exabytes is clearly not a professional company.
Their support staff in general are not proactive, they ask stupid questions "what is the domain sir" when they could have simply looked at my account (there is only 1 domain on the account). Replies are short or copy and paste. I imagine the staff are outsourced.
I have left this review here as Exabytes ask for reviews on their website but then censor the reviews and only publish 4 or 5 star feedback. This is most dishonest.
I would be wary of using them, as this behaviour is being discovered a few days in to my contract with them, so I imagine there will be far more problems uncovered - I will try to update this review as and when these occur.
UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS AS CUSTOMER
After 3 months of using Exabytes, I have removed another star. The company support is truly useless - be it live chat or support ticket - none of the "technical support staff" seem to know about anything technical aspects or how to give support. There is often downtime on the servers - possibly because they have jammed so many sites on to the servers or poor maintenance at their data server.
UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS:
Downtime still occurring. I would say uptime is around 95%, which is below their own SLA, but they offer almost zero compensation or rectification of this matter.
I would strongly advise you NOT to host with this company. Even though your site may be slightly slower for MY/SG customers, I would strongly advise you to host with a UK or USA company. Definitely not Exabytes.
