I have not even ordered anything from this company and yet I was sent a letter which arrived today, telling me that I risk to have the matter sent over to Kronofogden, the bailiff if I do not pay until October 2nd. Yes I had my pictures for graduation taken by this company, but I didn´t order them and definetly didn´t recieve any sort of invoice. In the confirmation email, it even says that the invoice for how to pay is supposed to "come with the picture catalog" itself. Then how am I supposed to be able to even pay for anything which I didn´t even order??? What is this - a scam company???

It gives you variety of Options with good Quality Pictures.

The photo quality is not ideal to me, if photographer is paying more attention to the look of kids, such as messy hair or folded clothes, at least help to make them look better in the photos, as small kids all play in school, and the hair will not be the same as when they left home in the morning.
Its not so easy to choose photos when logged in the page, especially when you have two kids to shift photos to check.

scam company in my opinion. sending photos you haven't ordered and with an invoice. must pay or return the photos. you have to pay for the postage. terrible way to do business with young kids. is the school to blame for making this situation?

Update: They get the students to order these photos on the day of the stedenten when they are in "party mode". please make your children aware, not to sign anything from this terrible company who are trying to take advantage of the.

the worst photo company in the world, and i make no mistake in writing it. 7 months ago I paid for my son's photos and I have received absolutely nothing, and since I can read they use the same response message for everyone. rubbish the service of this company. IF someone reads it before buying, please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Fake Company. Ordred very expensive schoolphoto from my sons Gymnasium Malmö Latinska in early Fall 2022. Still now in February 2023 I haven't recieved most of my order - the School Catalouge, which I already paid for in the first place. I wrote Custom (no) Service many times on their homepage. Warious girl names postulated 3 times untill now that they already send the Catalouge to my adress in Copenhagen - just on the other side of Oresund. Same Adress where I recieved the 2 photos in January 2023 - but stille no Catalouge. Last week another girl name suddently said they could NOT send post to Copenhagen or outside Sweden and it was a lucky bonus that I recieved the Photos in the first place. I gave them my sons Swedish adress in Malmo - but STILL have NOT recieved the Catalouge. I do not recomend the Schools in Sweden to use this fake company any more - They take your money and then NOTHING HAPPENS - BAD BAD BAD BAD

I purchased a product for my daughter.( Her school pictures+ Catalogue) still did receive after 3 month.
It's a fake company.
No more purchase.-

Contact twice to support. Support Give me further time and time and time.
My daughter already complain to school manually. I will complain officially next week.
Ban this company in Sweden, so they don't make fool to other Kids.

unprofessional company: they don't know how to take photos of little children, and they have no skills to arrange those photos into a nicely designed yearbook.

FRAUD COMPANY!

I ordered and payed for a school photo album (through the International English School in Linköping) in October. Almost two months later - NOTHING. I can't get hold of them - they don't reply to emails and when calling the telephone queues are *closed for the day*. It looks like a SCAM/FRAUD company. Don't buy from them. I am going to report them to the school to make sure this doesn't happen again. You should do the same: report them to your schools to make sure they don't get a contract next year.
