Exavault is a stable FTP that helps our small startup with big dreams run. They are a little slow to respond to tickets, but we don't have to write them very frequently.

Great company. Different than most in that they don't pester you with continuous annoying emails and upselling. Their product speaks for itself. The product has always worked. Communication has been provided if and when Exavault needs to update software (with no additional fees). Customer service has been courteous and quick to address questions. I have worked with hundreds of companies in my 20 years of owning my business and never had a better more seamless experience.

Exavault is the best value we've found in any vendor. We appreciate the easy to use interface, very prompt customer service, and the level of security and customization we're able to offer our clients. The welcome email feature is nice. You can setup your client's account look, permissions, and even the email template for new clients. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Exavault is one of the best FTP service. We are extremely happy with the service as till date we never faced a single issue and it is quite good in transferring BIG FILES as well.
