We did clean up some stuff but never got my problem solved. In the end, your guy admitted it couldn't be done even though we had spent a lot of time trying to do it. I think he did not know enough about the issue but he did help in other ways.

The Expert helping me did not have the answer to my question but in all fairness he was trying his best to help. I happened to find the answer myself after weeks of research and hours online searching. I am not disappointed at all. It would not be fair to give a BAD or a EXCELLENT review I can say I would use the site again!

The technician was knowledgeable, patient and solved my problem and was available on a call back to get me set up on a new Tablet and get some aps loaded and had I needed additional assistance would have been available to help me. well worth the cost. He has me as a customer for life. I finally found someone who was concerned less about making a buck and more about helping me and not leaving me stranded before I paid more money for additional help.

A sincere voice helped me restart my kindle which had closed down
