We did clean up some stuff but never…

We did clean up some stuff but never got my problem solved. In the end, your guy admitted it couldn't be done even though we had spent a lot of time trying to do it. I think he did not know enough about the issue but he did help in other ways.

Found work-around

I thought the pricing was fair. The expert found a work-around, but never really came up with a "fix". I wish he was able to fix my problem. He was professional and helpful.

There was no way that he could have fixed it for me or come close to a fixed because the same thing happened again and I'm through with Facebook

Can't give a fair review

The Expert helping me did not have the answer to my question but in all fairness he was trying his best to help. I happened to find the answer myself after weeks of research and hours online searching. I am not disappointed at all. It would not be fair to give a BAD or a EXCELLENT review I can say I would use the site again!

As a mechanical engineer, I figured out the pin in the container had a bend and did not line up the receiver bar.

The technician went the extra mile

The technician was knowledgeable, patient and solved my problem and was available on a call back to get me set up on a new Tablet and get some aps loaded and had I needed additional assistance would have been available to help me. well worth the cost. He has me as a customer for life. I finally found someone who was concerned less about making a buck and more about helping me and not leaving me stranded before I paid more money for additional help.

Unlocking my kindle!

A sincere voice helped me restart my kindle which had closed down
a few months after fitting an Amazon case.
He talked me through resetting my password.
It was expensive but worth it to be able to use my kindle again.
