Our experience with the company has always been positive since order, to installation and aftersales service. We have a minor repair required and they were only too happy to help

Just had the pleasure of speaking to the customer service team and they are one of the most helpful companies that I have interacted with. Thank you, it’s nice to deal with a good, honest company with fantastic aftercare.

Great product over 3 years old but comes with a 10 year warranty and so far they have been out twice to fix minor details. Danny Pickering was exceptional using his personal mobile phone to receive pictures, assess the fault and organise for it to be rectified asap. He went above and beyond good service. Thanks mate.

Let's hope they fit doors better than they drive, because their driving on the A66 on the 14th of may was atrocious if he wasn't steering with his knees while texting with both hands he would have managed to stay in his own lane.

I've only given this company 1 star because I have to. Do not use this company if you're looking for a reliable well mannered company. My journey with this company has been a joke from start to finish. Made a big order of glass doors - only to be told the person I had been dealing with had been fired and I had been given the wrong price. Sadly even after agreeing a new price, things didn't go well. On the day of installation they brought the wrong gaskets and this meant a further 6 week delay. Then before they could fit the gaskets I noticed a large scratch at the top of the glass door. Their answer was to send an engineer to polish the scratch out on what they call, 'a good will gesture'. Only for them to contact me on the day to say the engineer couldn't attend. Four months after the original installation an engineer finally arrived but was unable to remove the scratch due to how deep it was. They now inform me that they will not take any further responsibility for this scratch and I've been left with inferior doors at a cost of £10,000. This company claims to be one of the biggest in the UK in the supply of windows and doors but I can assure you they have the worst customer services in the world.

TERRIBLE experience from this company! We have a ongoing project in Dulwich. We recommended this company to our clients and we were left astonished by how they done the work and what a mess they left. At first when they arrived to my client’s house, they denied all services as apparently not everything was prepared, looking for excuses to fine the client. Then when another pair of men came a week later and said to us that the first group of men lied to us and you could still install the door. They didn’t even use dust free tools, not any protection only leaving Aluminium cuts off all over the new paving slabs and new grass. Then they left the site without even cleaning after their selves! Also including how there are little kids who play in the garden, who can get seriously injured. And the new doors can’t even lock properly. And one of the doors has a bump ( half inch size ) left there. Leaving me very disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want your house ruined.

Hello everyone
Just had two doors installed by this unprofessional company . Installation has been done by the cowboys people. They haven’t use any dust free tools. Not any protection. Aluminium off cuts have spread all over the new paving slabs and new grass . In installation day , guy’s left the site with out any cleaning, my new doors can’t even lock . One of the door have a bump ( half inch size) . Avoid this company

Kindly tell your van drivers when on the motorway to drive properly and correctly. Van this morning reg YB73 heading towards Liverpool approx 7am stuck in lane 2 doing say 55mph. Lane 1 is empty. Beyond inconsiderate and reckless. The rules of the motorway is that the speed limit is 70mph. Do not hog the lane. If your drivers are to drive recklessly i.e. not keep up with the flow of traffic - then kindly stay home.

I highly recomend the co and their products, the whole purchase experience was super, from the day we set foot into the weybridge showroom to the conclusion of the install yesterday. All the timeline milestones were met as agreed. Adam and his colleagues were more than helpful in the office and Simon & Roman did a fantastic job yesterday on site and we cant fault it.

Really poor experience with the customer service team today. We paid extra for Marine Grade Coating as we are costal, and within 3 years the finish looks shocking. The anthracite paintwork is stained and the frame has corrosion and is rough to touch. Dan from customer service was very difficult to speak with today, as per another recent review I see on here. Despite being told at the time of purchase we have 10 year guarantee on the powder coating, we are told this issue is not covered as it is supposedly caused by limescale build up. This is what their call out service engineer diagnosed. We were advised we should have wiped the framed work regularly with a microfibre cloth, despite no instruction this would be required (in addition to the maintenance plan of cleaning with warm soapy water, which we do regularly) I’m not clear how rainwater alone can cause limescale damage like this, as we have not experienced this with any windows etc in the past. When I asked how regularly we would need to do this to stop limescale developing, we were told as often as required based on the environment. Dan insinuated we were lying about maintaining them and said “if we had this conversation would not be needed” product quality is poor. Customer service is even worse! AVOID AVOID AVOID. We thought we had chosen a premium brand… unfortunately it’s more like fur coat no knickers! They didn’t advise if the customer service calls are recorded for GDPR, but they really need to be so they can review the client/end user relationship. We will be taking further action as our consumer rights are in breach.

I’ve also noticed many of the positive reviews have ensured they include a job reference… imagine this is incentive driven marketing.

This is the second time we have used Express Bi Folding Doors and safe to say we are very pleased with the outcome. Great bi-folds, good customer service from the team in Leeds and Weybridge and supplied and fitted professionally and at a reasonable price.

Had a large window installed but subsequently found a blemish in the glass. Express Bifolds came back and expected it and was told these blemishes occur and it was all "within tolerances". Spent a significant sum of money on the window and to be told glass blemishes are normal is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of quality control to me. If you’re thinking of buying sliding doors for your extension, choose carefully.
We spent £12600 on 2 sliding doors and a casement window from Express Bi-folds. Couldn’t supply the actual doors we ordered as there were problems with manufacturing quality so compromised on another model, only to find these allow water into the house! They say this is expected. See photo.

The casement window had defective glass! Many revisits were required through faults and incompetence. We paid for parking permits for all their vans over this period. They failed to honour an agreement to contact us and had to be chased. They eventually offered us a pathetic 2.6% compensation. Beware. Similar bad experiences to several other reviewers posting here. Awful after sales and customer communication. Facts denied or not even responded to.

We’ve been really happy with Express since having our original install over 6 years ago. They have just been out to assist with replacing a large sliding glass panel with integral blind which was damaged ( no fault of theirs).
Danny dealt with my initial contact and quote really efficiently and Curtis, Nick and Danny just came out to fit the replacement.
They were friendly, polite, professional and made sure everything was lovely and clean after.
I definitely recommend Express and will have no hesitation using them again in future. Thank you.

Good product, good sales but appalling installation and aftercare. After 5 or more visits for various problems, silicone dropped out soon after fit, shaped window badly fitted so needed rectifying, the surveyor didnt note scaffolding was required so delays to fit. The attitude of numerous installers was rude, one vaping while talking to me and most of the time he was here, another left litter everywhere, on the whole it seemed they didnt want to do the work. Now two of my windows are covered in condensation on a cold day and i cant see out, not fit for purpose, but apparently thats completely normal, even though the previous window didnt and their other windows dont🤷🏻‍♀️. I would not recommend using this company.

Curtis, called in today (job ref: 31701) to replace a pane of glass. The work was carried out very efficiently, no mess and very friendly service.

Amazing after sales care & workmanship from the fitters. We found Donna to be knowledgeable, proactive and timely in arranging fitters to review and repair our lock mechanism. The fitters Curtis and Nick arrived on schedule and had the knowledge and experience to carry out the repair (not a straight forward lock change) with a little added humour to brighten the Friday feeling. I would definitely recommend for fitting/repairs. A huge thank you to all of the Express bi-folding door team.

We've had a jammed door where we cant enter or leave the house form the garden at all (not ideal for cats) the wait time to be seen is over a month, incredibly hazzardous - they're clearly understaffed...even if you think you're getting a good deal don't bother because the aftercare is atrocious and v bad for safety - if there were a fire it would be incredibly high risk

Since visiting the Express showroom in Weybridge in 2023, we have been impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of all members of staff. They gave liberally of their time to ensure that we were fully conversant with all their products.

We chose sliding doors, which have just been fitted by Stephen and his team. Each member was extremely helpful, and despite a major hiccup on our side, we were not penalised for the mistake. The team worked solidly without a break for well over 4 hours to ensure the doors were properly fitted and we could not be happier with the end result.

Having spoken to many members of staff in the course of our purchase, we are impressed with the ethos of the company, where it clearly puts the customer first. Their friendliness and professionalism shines through at all levels and we cannot recommend Express Bi Folding Doors highly enough.
