We have been kept informed at every stage of the process and the deal was better than our previous vehicle lease provider. The Vehicle was delivered as promised and we received a thorough handover. From the moment of first contact everything was managed efficiently and informatively and Harry and Joe actually made the experience enjoyable which I didn't think I would ever say, as I usually dread it when it comes to my leasing time.
I received a personal and human service and always managed to get through within minutes and every query was resolved and actioned immediately.
The lease was dealt with and processed quickly and I know of other people who missed out on my particular deal as their broker wasn't as efficient as mine!!

Couldn't recommend this team enough.

Not only did I get a great price for my new car, the communication and customer service is outstanding. Ryan handled my sale and was quick to respond throughout to any queries I had and was always available at the end of the phone.
I had a slight issue with paintwork of the car (nothing to do with Express, purely the dealer), I spoke with Joseph to get this resolved. He was so patient and understanding, was quick to respond every time and truly went above and beyond to get this resolved for me- massive thank you.

Really great experience with Express Vehicle Contracts. The service was spot on from start to finish. More importantly I got a very good deal on the car which beat all my other quotes.My BYD took around 8 months to arrive, so it was a long process, but the team were brilliant the whole way through and always patient with all my questions. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout.
Big thanks to Carmel and Michelle both were amazing and made the whole experience easy and stress free.

Did extensive research on my new replacement lease car and found these guys online. The communication from first contact to delivery of the vehicle has been superb. They were the most competitive when it came to the cost as well. Throughout the whole process they have kept me updated from placing the order onto build updates to delivery. Special mention for Michelle, Carmel and Ollie who have all been amazing throughout the whole process. This is my third lease vehicle and won’t be going anywhere else other than Express Vehicle Contracts.

The entire team were helpful throughout the process of my transaction. There were continuous updates from Michelle and James who responded promptly to all my questions and most importantly, the vehicle I received was as specified.

This was a perfect transaction from start to finish, every step was followed up by a phone call to make sure all was ok. It makes such a change to be told how things were going, even the delivery driver phoned the night beforehand to make sure the timings were ok. Car was even washed before arrival as it was driven to myself. Great company!

Excellent service as always from the team. Nothing is too much trouble and Michelle and Carmel always try to help wherever they can. Even when i made a change part way through the process!
