Bought two sofas
Bought two sofas, from the store in Ballymena, due for delivery in two weeks. The salesperson Kaitlin Stephens was extremely helpful. It took a couple of visits to the shop for us to decide as there is a great selection on offer. Kaitlin was very patient with us and offered a lot of useful advice and information. She builds good relationships with the customers. We found all the staff very friendly and look forward to the delivery of our new sofas.

Great experience at EZ Living Interiors Ballymena

A very straightforward and professional purchasing experience delivered by Chris.
A very friendly approach, Chris was very knowledgeable on the Jasper Chairs that we purchased. The store layout features very modern and accessible displays and this complements to a very enjoyable store visit.

Staff member Noel Martin really put…
Staff member Noel Martin really put himself out for us although it was almost store closing time and he was about to go off on leave. Nothing was too much trouble and he moved products around to let us have the best view. Also he tried to get us the best deal. We have placed an order and are hoping all goes well with delivery.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful furnishings.
I was very happy with my shopping experience. Kaitlin Stephens was very good in helping me make my purchase of one of the Respa beds. Very friendly and most knowledgeable about the products in the store. All the staff were really helpful and attentive. I was even given a cappuccino and biscuits while I waited.
This is a beautiful store and well presented. Lots of lovely items to choose from at reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning when I next need another piece of furniture.

Just popped in for a browse and found everything on my wishlist. Great experience from picking to delivered
The staff member in the ballymena store was lovely, she let us look around in our own time before, chatting to us and answered any questions we had. And advised which was best to suit my needs with sciatica.
We bought two different mattresses.
The lady was very friendly and explained dates and where they would be coming from.
