Brilliant service
Just wanted to drop a line about the high quality of service I have received from all the guys at the Castleford branch and especially from Mark. I was told what they were doing and why which I found refreshing. Will be using them again and recommend them to friends and family. F1 by name A1 by nature. Top marks all round.

I orded two tyres online to be contacted 1 day before fitting to say we don't have these in stock now it took 4 days for them to get back to me I was offered a alternative but it was more money the assistant wasn't very helpful whatsoever infact rude I wouldn't recommend them at all .

Disappointing
Disappointing that in this new branch. Only open a few weeks ago that the waiting room and reception floors we’re dirty. Foot prints on the chairs in the waiting room. Took the shine off the image of Formula 1 Autocentre Castleford. Waited 1 hr to have 1 tyre changed. Not really good enough.
