Windscreen wipers disintegrated
I would like to thank the manager Steve for helping me yesterday 5th July. My windscreen wipers disintegrated and it was raining so I went to euro parts and got some new ones and he replaced them for me or else I would have been stuck as I had food shopping in my boot. Definitely recommend this garage in Cirencester. Thanks again Steve.
Great service and Junior is a star.

Great service from Lee at the Cirencester Branch, limped in with a flat tyre and although busy and Good Friday Lee managed to get me back on the road within a couple of hours
Will definitely use again
Excellent
A very competitive price for the tyres and a good all-round experience. Thanks.
Service that does not disappoint
Have been coming to F1 for years, although the first time in Cirencester the customer care and speed of service did not let down. Excellent thank you all for getting me back on the road. Friendly, efficient and prompt.

Very impressed with everything concerning this MOT. Online Google search resulted in offering 2 F1 Autocentres in Swindon and Cirencester. Swindon unable to offer suitable date, but Cirencester one had the required date and booked on line at a considerably cheaper price than the already pretty fair one from Swindon. Arrived at appointed time and was met by an extremely pleasant and smartly dressed technician who dealt with the test straight away. He took the trouble to visit me in the waiting room (very good!) and reported on the test describing slightly worn front brake disks, well within limits. Test passed, and certificate issued all inside an hour. Could not fault anything. Very good price too, all arranged/paid online.
Andy
Andy, the assistant manager was super helpful with my son’s car. Been back here a few times and consistently helpful. Thanks

Total waste of time would never use again.
Booked a mot test two hours before the test was booked they phoned and said they could not do it.
I had to rebook somewhere else so my van is off the road for a week and they took my money when I booked it and still not refunded.
To say I’m not happy is an under statement

Manger lies
Manger has not a clue, had my car for 2 weeks before finally repaired. Ready tomorrow, ready tomorrow. Wrong parts delivered. One week later cars broken-down again. Took 2 weeks to book in, then over a week with no repair. Told utter BS every time. Poor

Outstanding
Having had my MOT, and shocks done with them last year; I didn’t hesitate to ask them to investigate a wheel rattle. An extremely pleasant and helpful guy called Lee ,investigated and fixed the problem in 20 mins! I will certainly be using this branch for all our future servicing and repairs.
DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
I took my car in to get 1 tyre replaced towards the end of last year. There was some sort of medical emergency with the receptionist while I was there, to which an ambulance needed to attend. I want to make it clear I have absolutely no issue with this and I was happy to wait as long as was needed to ensure she was safe and healthy. However, while this was going on, not one member of staff came to speak to me, I was left in the waiting room feeling very awkward as the ambulance arrived and I could hear shrieks coming from reception. I ended up waiting for nearly 4 hours while this was going on, and in that time nobody spoke to me despite the fact there were plenty of mechanics there and they continued to work on other cars but ignored mine. When they finally got round to changing my tyre, they called me through and didn't apologise for taking longer or leaving me waiting, they simply said it was done. I drove the car away to discover it was making a strange noise that it hadn't been doing so before I took it in. My tyre (which had a puncture hence why I was in getting 1 tyre replaced) was still losing air when I got it home so I called them the next day to see if I could bring it back in for them to sort out and look at the strange noise that had appeared since they worked on the car. The receptionist who had had a medical emergency answered the phone and had the cheek to tell me I had probably hit a nail or a pothole on my way home and was incredibly flippant about the whole situation. I was adamant this was not the case and I wanted them to fix it so she agreed I could bring it back in. I took it in and they agreed the tyre hadn't been sealed properly so air had been escaping and they sorted it out, however they told me I'd need to book in my car properly for them to investigate why the strange noise was happening as if it had nothing to do with them, despite the fact that it had not been there before my tyre appointment. At this point, I had lost all faith in this garage and I did not want to deal with them anymore after they were incredibly rude to me, so I took my car to my trusted garage and they told me my suspension arm had been snapped. I cannot emphasise enough this noise was not there before I drove my car into formula 1 but it was there as soon as I drove it away so there is no doubt in my mind this damage occurred in the garage while they were replacing only 1 tyre, there is just no way it could have come from anywhere else. Today I have taken my car to kwik fit to get another new tyre (I've got a slow puncture on another tyre!) and you can imagine my shock and disappointment when they tell me they cannot complete the job because whoever last changed my tyre has completely obliterated my locking wheel nut to the point they cannot get my wheels off my car. Kwik fit showed me the damage and even I can see that there is no way that you could have done that damage and not known about it, meaning not only have formula 1 broken my suspension they have also broken my locking wheel nut which they would have absolutely known but didn't tell me and let me drive the car away knowing full well they have caused so much damage. I would have given them less than 1 star if I could have, the way they handled the entire situation and spoke to me was disgusting but when I tried to raise these issues with them they were incredibly rude and shrugged it off. I would avoid this garage at all costs unless you want lots of damage to your car!

MOT Centre review
We always use F1 Cirencester for the reason of ease of booking ,on arrival there is always ease of parking and a welcoming gesture at the reception desk .
The alloted test schedule is always maintained ,the lovely mannerism of every member of thier staff is something which other competitors could learn a lesson from
Well done
On holiday i had a punctured tyre
On holiday i had a punctured tyre, At that moment they had not the time to look at it, if i left the tyre they would look at it.
I returned after one hour, there was a new tyre fitted, a "C" brand (Cooper). The old tyre was worn out because of the puncture, (true i saw the tyre), because i had to drive with a trailer, i had to replace the other side also (only 3mm left), with the new tyres my driving speed was about 5 miles slower than the old (goodyear) tyres. Not realy suited for trailer..
The "new" tyres they placed were 2,5 and 3 years after production date...
The price £247,- for two "C"-brand tyres is quite high. But hey, a customer from the continent you can ask what you want, because he has no choice.
Service was ok, although i had to point out that the spare-tyre screws were different from the original screws, (they did not notice that).
