Booked in for air con regas. There was some confusion, but they got it done anyway. Great service as always.

I have used this centre a couple of times now and the staff have always gone above and beyond to help me. The latest issue was with a tyre not arriving from Black Circles but the gents sorted my issue with the tyre on the car very quicky. Recommend not using Black circles and purchase tyres from Formula 1.

I want to give special mention to Dave at the Farnborough depot who went above and beyond following an issue with the factory fitted wheel sizes which didn't match up with the web. He immediately refunded and ordered a new set of tyres which were fitted a few days later. Fantastic customer service.

I purchased four tires online, even though they didn't all need replacing. To my surprise, they were replaced very quickly, but they installed four different ones on my car. I realized this after returning home and immediately called the garage. They offered to replace me with four identical tires the next day, ruining our weekend. However, I'm hoping the problem will be resolved without additional costs.

I was charged for work that was not carried out by the centre and on checking the actual work carried out was done correctly, I found that other parts had not been replaced correctly.

They did rectify the issues very quickly, however how many other customers have been over charged and not had there vehicles repaired safely ???

I have used formula1 farnborough garage for many years, but sadly under new management it has all changed. abrupt to customers & rude about customer cars. After my repair my car sounds in a worse now, then before as it is continuously clunking.
I have been over charged & can’t seem to get my money back!!!
The new manager was vocal in a negative manner about the previous manager. but from what I have experienced the previous manager has always done a better job!
previously i have always found formula1 farnborough to be helpful and accommodating, sadly this doesn’t seem to be that case anymore.
I wouldn’t use formula1 farnborough again after my terrible experience.

Fabulous service.

I’d actually bought some engine oil from place next door.

I don’t have use of my right arm/ hand and asked guy to help add oil.

He couldn’t do it and suggested your place next door.

Approached Mark who was more than happy to assist.

He added oil and reset my dashboard.
My rear indicator light is temperamental and I asked him to look at it to see if it could be fixed.

He checked but it is the LED light.

Turns out I’ll need to buy one online.
Once I do I shall certainly return to have it fitted.

After having a ‘very’ bad start to my day the service I received from Mark was outstanding above and beyond what was expected.

Turned up for an appointment at 8.30am to be told theres nothing on there system for ME was told they could fit me in at 3.00pm (which I couldn't do) but when asked if my tyres were there was told yes strange that as there are tyres but no booking and considering they were special order dont add up. went online via link in other postings to contact f1 auto centre but aweek later no response hence the review

Since this review F1 autocentres has rectified the problem and returned a good service

Extremely disappointing service.
Booked MOT and having dropped off the car for the day I was told MOT can’t be done and also no booking can be made for another week.
On another occasion, booked MOT only to be told at last minute they don’t do MOT on that day.
Avoid at all cost.

Tried to order two tyres for my daughters car today using the online booking system twice but each time the system hung at the point of payment. So my daughter rang and explained the problem but was told there were no slots available today but it could be done at 2.30 pm tomorrow. So she booked that time slot, she then decided to give it one more go online and at the third attempt it worked giveing her a a time slot of 3pm today and receiving a confirmation email to the same effect.
I took the car there for her at the appointed time only to be told that it couldn't be done today as there were only two members of staff there and they just didn't have time to do it . He also said he'd rescheduled today's appointment to tomorrow as per the phone conversation with my daughter.
Don't get me wrong I'm not blaming the staff, if they cant do it that's the end of it but what is the point of having a booking system that cant necessarily be honoured.

Shocking customer service .. really rude grumpy worker on front desk said they hadn’t got any appointments this afternoon … was only 2pm whilst the three technicians were sat drinking tea chatting and smoking … better to go somewhere else I think !

Faultless, friendly, MOT done with minimum fuss to me, waited 30-40 mins completed and one happy customer. Though the guy on the reception desk could do with brushing up on his French... (joke) but they were excellent. Management - take note!

Really bad service , they damaged my wheels,ignored calls, messages. They don’t want check CCTV.

Today was the first time using f1 autos after a recommendation by a tyre fitter. I can't fault their service from start to finish. They even called me back to give me a quote for a future repair

The lovely man in Archway garage Rectory Road recommended this place to me and all I can say is WOW! After being completely ripped off by the RAC and my car being left un-drivable I booked an MOT on line. It failed on the window washers that the RAC had stuck super glue in so the lovely people there fixed it all for me and didn’t even charge for me to have to do the MOT again! This was all done on the same day and the people were friendly, informative, helpful and also very kind!
I will absolutely use this garage from now on!

I had an awful experience with this company when trying to remove a locking wheel nut. The technician claimed he didn’t even use the tool in the wheel and had just taken it out of the box—yet the broken part was still visibly stuck in the wheel, looking brand new from where it had just snapped. When I raised this with the manager, he dismissed the issue, saying the tool was rusty and that’s why it broke.

I then had to drive an hour and spend more money on a new tool, only to return and be told that the wheel nuts were too tight and they couldn’t remove them. At this point, it was clear they didn’t have the expertise or the right equipment for the job.

I later went to Sandhurst Tyres, and they removed the wheel nuts without any issues. Their service was not only far more professional but also cheaper. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and taking your business elsewhere.

Took my car here to get my tyres changed, only to find out they put the wrong tyres on, they put the correct brand but a cheeper version, called them up and they told me to come back so they can change them to the ones that I originally ordered. Then the next day when I was cleaning my car I notice my alloys have been damaged from the change, again they asked me to take my car back in so they can inspect it, they admitted fault and said the customer service department would get in contact with me later that day and I haven’t received any communication what so ever. I won’t be going back here or would I recommend anyone from using them.

Car booked in for a service and MOT at Farnborough branch. Staff lovely (Paul) and despite being busy they were able to complete the work by 1200hrs as I would have had difficulty collecting any later due to my daughter having work! I have also purchased tyres from them recently and always had great customer service. Definitely recommend this branch.
