Formula One Autocentres - Farnborough Reviews 

Had an urgent issue with my brakes the day before I was going on holiday - called around to loads of local garages who couldn't look at it. Called and spoke to Sean who said bring it down first thing the next morning. Explained I was on a tight schedule time wise and they had the car diagnosed and repaired in 2 hours! I cannot thank Sean and the team enough for sorting it for me - absolute impeccable service from the Farnborough branch! Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service, the guys were so helpful and friendly.

Rang the Farnborough branch as I had a screw in one of my tyres, they managed to get me an appointment first thing the following morning. The screw was removed, puncture sorted all done in no time at all.
Great friendly, efficient service, I would have no hesitation using them again & I would highly recommend the Farnborough branch.

Great service from Formula One Auto Centre from initial phone call to completion of the job. I needed 2 new front tyres, but during the alignment check it was identified that an adjustment was required. Sean was very professional and informative as was Stanley in responding to the questions I had on this matter. Would definitely recommend, and will get my tyres changed here going forward.

Booked a service, easy enough to do, very polite, smiley staff members.
Very efficient with getting the service done, including any works that needed to be done.
When picking up my car, again super friendly smiley gentleman. Explained what they done. Nice atmosphere.

I had a slight concern with a horrid noise, so ended up popping in on way to work, so made no appointment, spoke to the manager at the desk who without hesitation took my keys and went to have a look. Straight away knew what was causing the issue, simple leaves!! To me sounds horrendous but turned out leaves had got into filter system, when it was replaced.

Nothing was a bother at all, was smiley, polite. Lovely to see such amazing service.
I was a regular here, but left due to previous staffing. Unfriendly.

So thank you for trying to change it back around! Doing a fantastic job!

Second attempt after booking an appointment and no fitters to do the work on the first attempt! Shaun the assistant manager was brilliant and extremely helpful I can't fault his attitude to resolving the second attempt situation.

Mark and Shaun at Formula One Autocentres Farnborough were a dream team this week! I’ve had an ongoing and particularly tricky problem with my car since May and they have never given up on it. Easy booking system, good prices, very helpful staff. Overall great value for money service.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to show me a potential issue whilst car up on ramp. Very instructive and demonstrated a great approach to customer service.

Lovely welcoming people, who just look after the customer, doing what is required, really well. There's plenty of competition out there, but I'll always go to the Farnborough Formula One Autocentre for the above reason. Big thanks to Sean and his team.

Stephen was an absolute legend. Managed to get me a tyre and fit me in last minute on a Sunday. Then check all tyre pressures for the rest. The man is a god for helping out at a different branch than his today. Thank you
