Ordered two tyres from Blackcircles and they sent two different sizes. Not F1s fault but it wasn’t until they’d had my car an hour before they realised. Back for a 2nd time today and told it would be an hour. 3 hours later and I am still waiting.

Norwich Branch, unable to get any gears so managed to drive to local branch,left the car with them, later that afternoon got a phone call telling me that I need a new clutch kit, told them to go ahead with the job, return the car later they phoned me saying it was it was ready, when Iwent to my car next morning same problem no gears! I was told probaly air bubble in clutch fluid ,returned car ,got no phone call so another day later phoned them now being told I have a gearbox leak and would need new seal,ok go ahead another day passed no phone call, so I called them told they couldn't obtain a seal sothey were unable to do the job, collected car took to Vauxhall dealer who fitted a seal next day also they sent me a video showing that gearbox bracket had not been , refitted. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, F1 auto centre stick to fitting tyres & exhausts

Pre-booked & prepaid my MOT 6 weeks inadvaced. F1 contacted me via mobile & left a voice mail saying they had cancelled my booking due to unforseen circumstances. No offer of any form of compensation or any other form of help & left me in a right muddle in trying to find another MOT testing station in time as MOT was soon to run out. F1 definitely DO NOT put their customers first. Very poor service, will not be using this company anymore or recommending.

Good experience with the Norwich branch - dealt with a puncture repair on my BMW quickly and without fuss.

Took my Skoda to see F1 autocenter on barn Rd this morning. Spoke to Lee to ask for advise. He was able to sort the problem out almost immediately. Huge relief off my shoulders and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lee and to the team.

Lee and his team went above and beyond in providing an outstanding service on my Fiat when it broke down. Really impressive in terms of speed and efficiency and advice for future maintenance. I would say the best car service I've ever had.

I had a lovely visit at formula 1 For my MOT, Callum at the front desk has been really great to explain the problem and squeeze me in for a retake of my MOT.

Worst experience run like a cowboy outfit.
I arrived on time and waited in reception for ten minutes whilst the manager was on the phone oblivious to me. I had to make him aware I was standing there after 15 minutes then told to wait in the waiting area.
1 hour later I asked when my vehicle would be looked at as it was still parked in the car park and told I was next. All this time only one person worked whilst the rest were standing smoking and laughing outside I asked if anyone was working whilst they all stood amazed that I had interrupted them.
Tyre fitter then took my vehicle into the workshop with dirty overalls and no seat cover leaving grease marks on my seat. I had to ask why no cover had been used and the fitter looked at me as though I was on another planet. Tyres changed and wheel tracked terrible service from start to finish. The wheels hadn't been torqued after being fitted and after 2 hours left the garage and the vehicle tracked to the left. Went to another garage and they found that the tracking hadn't been done properly and the wheel nuts had been so over tightened that you would never have got them off without an impact gun.
Formula One Norwich is a place to miss for sure unless you want a rude welcoming and bad service. I have also contacted their customer service department to complain last week as yet not heard anything and doubt that I will.
Either way be warned look elsewhere with good reviews!

Service cancelled twice whilst car was in the garage- never again. Need some degree of reliability- even had to contact website to get refund that I’d pre-paid as service centre day they cannot do. No apologies - congratulations , just about the worst service level I’ve had in 40 years.

All staff and mechanics are amazing. Thank you for your support and understanding. It means a lot.

Went to the Norwich branch for our MOT and received excellent service. Will definitely go back

Very friendly bunch of guys, especially on a hot summer Sunday when I'm sure they'd prefer to be doing other things!
They managed to look at my puncture with little warning on a Sunday, fixed it with no problem, and I was on my way.
They also accept the Blue Light discount card, which is an added bonus.
I will be using them again.

I phoned up the branch (having had a few tyres fitted in the past) on the Tuesday to give the news that sadly my car has failed it's MOT (for the first time)- the MOT expires on the 15th July, however my family and I are due to take the car for a 5 night break next week to Haven and it would have left me with me with very little time for the repair work and retest for the MOT. The garage I originally took the car to was busy and unable to fit in another retest for over a month.

I called Formula One and spoke to Callum; a very friendly and professional gent who managed to get me in for repairs on the Friday (today) and I also had the MOT completed at the same time and now I don't have to worry on Monday when we go away for the week.

Callum had a lovely demeanor, and his manager Lee even gave my autistic son a packet of sweeties (made his day, yet spoilt his dinner... but I'll forgive him this time round!) and called me to inform me of what was up with my little Citroën, and kept me up to date when the works had been completed.

I am so grateful, (and cried a few happy tears) and want to say thank you for getting my car in to have the works done so quickly. Honestly, a MASSIVE thanks from the bottom of my heart to Callum and the whole of Formula One for the professional works carried out.

I will never use again. I booked an urgent clutch replacement over the phone and confirmee a date for the work and drop off. When my wife came to drop the car off she was rudely informed that there was no booking, they had no qualified staff this week and they don't even do clutches for my vehicle. We got a half-arsed apology and had to go elsewhere last minute at extra cost. Who I spoke to about the booking I do not know. Avoid avoid avoid.
