Last minute flat tyre
I took my car in last minute with a total flat, the staff at Hedge end were spectacular - had me back on the road in under 30 mins - I highly recommend! Thank you hedge end guys!!

Went above and beyond
Ordered a tyre through Asdatyres to be fitted at F1 Autocentre Hedge End Southampton.
When I arrived they knew nothing about my order as Asdatyres had not informed them! They had no fitters/timeslots available for 2 days. However, they did have the tyre in stock and one of their fitters gave up his lunch break to fit it.
Brilliant. Well done F1 Autocentre Hedge End.
Will order direct through them next time and won't ever use Asdatyres again!

Got friendly with the kerb this morning…
Got friendly with the kerb this morning and the tyre from same wheel has been slowly leaking too for a few days now. I was worried about the long journey with kids to Thorpe park tomorrow so took car to F1 Hedge End.
They were busy and had to book most customers in for Monday. Explained my situation with Steve, he was empathetic and decided to have a quick look despite being evidently busy.
Plugged the puncture, put air in and did a quick check and reassured us that we were good to go at no charge but was advised to have tyres changed after Christmas.
Steve is a good soul, honest and very friendly and there are few wrong uns out there but I believe you will be in safe hands with someone like Steve working in F1.
Thank you Steve, look forward to seeing you again.

I would fully recommend Formula One…
I would fully recommend Formula One Autocentres in Hedge End, who recently fitted new wheels and tyres to my car. Both Admin and Technical staff being both polite and helpful. The technical staff in particular being very efficient and informative.

Rubbish service
As a car dealer I pride myself on fulfilling any promises I make.
I booked a car for aircon service and oil and filters on Thursday for the following Monday.
Sold the car on Saturday and promised delivery on Monday after the work was done.
On arrival I was told " sorry mate jack hasn't booked you in, come back tomorrow"
This reflects badly on me and it will never happen again!
I will never use F1 hedge end for anything.

I went to Formula1 Autocentre Hedge End for tyres. I had really good friendly service from Callum. He sorted a problem with tyre delivery so thanks to him all was well in the end.will definitely use again.

Easy order process online, good discount on 4 tyres, courteous and covid controls. Always seem to underestimate the collection time and kept waiting an extra 30 minutes
