After a roadside breakdown the guys took my car in and fixed it well ahead of estimated time.
Got me back on the road in no time and were quick to resolve any niggles afterward.

Excellent Experience
I called London Road branch as my washers on front windscreen stopped working. Took it into workshop and they looked at it, and fixed it within 10 mins. Excellent service and staff members were very polite and helpful.

Visited F1 Boulton Road for a second opinion on service advisories I got from a different local garage as it wasn’t trustworthy, Stuart was more than happy to help and give me clarity on how true the other garage quote was and what to get done and when. He put my mind at ease and was extremely helpful even on a busy day in the depot he still fit me in.

A helpful reception.
The person I spoke to on the telephone re tyres was very helpful. The young man on reception at the London Road Stevenage garage was excellent and had been the person to whom I had spoken to earlier on the phone. I saw and heard him deal with other customers and he was very good. My two tyres were fitted in reasonable time and with no fuss.
