Great service, called up on two occasions now needing urgent tyre repairs for my seat towards the end of their working day and they have been able to accommodate. All the staff I have met have been friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices with budget tyres

The price of the tyres with fitting could not be beaten anywhere on the Internet for a start.
I had a set of brand-new wheels to be fitted with brand-new tyres .
One of the crew (Sean) was the guy doing the work .
I must say he took extremely good care of the wheels being brand-new.
Like it was a newborn baby.
I very much appreciated them being handled with care .

Popped into formula one to get a slow puncture repaired. Spoke to Stuart behind the counter who said they were really busy but he would have a look. After a fifteen minute wait I was informed that they had found a small leak from the tyre. Was shown where the issue was and was given the option of a repair or new tyre as it was very close to the legal limit. I chose to replace the tyre. He checked stock and was able to offer a new tyre at a very good price. Ten minutes later he returned to ask for the locking wheel nut key as it wasn’t where it should be. I had no idea as this was the first time I needed to change the wheel. I searched the car and could not find it. He then said he would get it done but it would take more time. I’m really needed to get it done as we had a family holiday in Cornwell the next day. Great service, honest prices and can’t thank you enough.

Had a problem with my brakes and rolled in to the garage a young man was straight to check them and advised new pads no need for discs and all was changed and had me back to work quickly fantastic service

Sunday appointment missed through ordering wrong parts, went in Monday, said that tracking and wheel balance required, suspect they were fishing for extra work as new tires fitted and vehicle checked only last week, declined, I agreed that auxiliary belt needed changing as eight years old they changed this. when I picked up Vehicle Monday night it sounded noisier than usual, next day engine service alarm triggered and vehicle went into sluggish mode, checked engine over myself and found air filter hanging out of filter housing, removed cover fitted filter properly, all now OK, won't trust them with next service.

These guys are completely cheat. They will create problem with your breaks and suspension first and then try to negotiate prices. Don't trust these guys, they are just there to make money by showing unnecessary expenses on your Car.

They are cheaters. They will tell you unnecessary expenses on your Car and ask for extra money. Their labor charges are quite high and their service is terrible. I would recommend not to go to this service center. They will always tell you that rear suspension and brakes have problems to get extra money from you.

This formula 1 centre is always polite and very helpful and the staff are always happy to help.

I had a flat tyre. booked online for a tyre replacement at the stevenage boulton road F1 centre.arrived at the centre and welcome by Shaun . he was so courteous and fix the tyre in no time and explained quite few useful things like if I ever have a puncture on the motorway etc.Thank You Shaun.

I’ve brought my cars to this garage since moving to the area 3 years ago. I’ve always had such a good experience with the team however on Saturday they outdone themselves.
I left my house Saturday morning and realised I had a completely flat tyre, I took the car straight to the garage at 9am and explained I had to leave for a wedding in Norfolk at 11am. The team fit me in and managed to get me back on the road in time for the wedding. They made what would have been a very stressful morning stress free! I had my baby with me as well and they were so friendly and understanding!

Brilliant service. Took my Golf in as was making strange noise around near side front tyre. They phoned within half an hour to say stone had become wedged in disc brake. Removed and car ready for collection. No charge! Can’t recommend highly enough.

F1 Autocentres on Boulton Road in Stevenage (and sometimes Welwyn Garden City) are my go-to guys for anything car related. Today I had a puncture, called it in and they fitted me in today and had it fixed pretty much straight away - circa less than an hour. Stuart - your customer service skills and knowledge of anything car related are outstanding. And the blonde haired gent that fixed the tyre (sorry I didn't get your name bud) spot on! The professionalism and efficiency of the team are always immediately evident. The puncture was repaired swiftly, allowing me to get back on the road without delay. Thank you, Stuart, and the team, for making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.
