Amazing service. I expected to have to replace two front tyres. On inspection the team explained that I only needed to mend the valves, saving me £100s of pounds. I was amazed at their honesty and exceedingly thankful! Thank you team.

Staff un friendly not particularly like their attitude. Didn’t call me to say car had critical faults and failed its MOT.
When I returned approx two hours later having had no phone call I presumed it had passed his MOT. Will be going back to my local no frills garage in future

Having 2 tyres fitted to a car doesn't, at face value, sound like a particularly difficult thing to do. At the F1 Autocentre in Stratford Upon Avon it is.
Despite having my tyres in the shop, they have cancelled 3 appointments, have no one at front desk, and do not answer the phone.
The weekend manager has zero competence in dealing with customers or bookings and even gave me a hard man stare, whilst holding my baby in reception, which was delightful.
"It's not my fault, it's not my job, i don't normally work here" are responses that fall way below what i expect to hear from a 'manager' when trying to book me in. The hard man attitude I'll put down to immaturity, but you may want to consider using another outlet if that sort of thing intimidates you.
In summary, the place appears to be run by untrained, unmanaged and aggressive young men. I can't talk to the folk in the workshop as I haven't yet had my tyres fitted.

We’ve been to the Stratford-upon-Avon branch a number of times and have always had a great service. All the guys are friendly and helpful. Adam is always keen to help.

They were amazing at Stratford on Avon a couple of months ago and really helped me out and went above and beyond to sort me out

Fantastic customer service from Mr Corbett and Gascoigne of Stratford-upon-Avon Formula One Autocentres. Both chaps went the extra mile to help and assist my MOT booking test and retest, advising on parts needed, and swiftly made sure a retest was carried out within 5 days at no cost. My experience was such that I can highly recommend formula one autocentres and will use them in future, for all my cars servicing, MOT and tyres. Brilliant personable and professional service from the team.

Rude manager for a return customer and a customer who had a booked appointment. Awful experience but at least they never got my money and they never will!!!!!

After our car broke down the weekend before Christmas the rescue service brought the vehicle to Formula One in Stratford upon Avon. It was a very busy time for the garage but, nonetheless, the service team worked on the car until 7.00 pm when I received a call to say it was ready for collection. We were extremely pleased to hear that as a hectic weekend loomed ahead and the situation would have been almost impossible without our own transport. Our sincere thanks to all the team at Formula One.

I booked and paid for an MOT online with the Stratford upon Avon centre and received a reminder email yesterday. As requested I turned up this morning 15 minutes early (10.30) to be told they couldn’t do the MOT as the technician had called in sick. They couldn’t tell me why they couldn’t call me to warn me in advance so I had a completely wasted 30 minute journey. I was promised a call back within the hour by the Assistant Manager with an update of realistically when they could do it. No call was forthcoming and now I can’t get through to the centre. I’m appalled and frustrated by the dismal customer service and I’m still in limbo about when they can do the MOT that I’ve paid for.

Replaced leaking shock absorbers picked up at MOT - replacements failed at next MOT. Replaced under warranty, no quibble, but the replacements also failed at following MOT. Going elsewhere this time.

The Service I have received in the past eighteen or so months and currently - from the Stratford Branch is worthy of positive and superb feedback, not only with the servicing and MOT's to our two vehicles, but the sound advice, the friendliness, and positive attitude afforded to my wife and I by the staff, in particular Simon. Booked the car in for 14th at 9am for two tyres. Arrived 10 minutes early to be told that there was in fact 2 other cars booked for 9am, and that the website shouldn't have allowed me to book at that time. I was then told the car would be ready in 2 hours, but if it was ready sooner they would ring me. Which then meant I had to mess about for 2 hours before I could go home. I arrived back at the garage just before 11 and the car was done but no phone call.
