Had problem with rear brakes needing sorting went to another garage nearby and got messed around. Rang formula one and from bringing car in for inspection to collection was a few hours. Ian was a legend will definitely be going to formula one next time I need my car fixing when up visiting family!

Hit a pot hole, destroyed tyre.
Needed car next day. Rang around trying to get one that day, unsuccessfully. Called Formula 1 auto centre, very helpful, they found me one to match the other tyres, sorted that morning. Great service. Thanks. David

Booked online for two tyres to be changed today. Really quick and friendly service. In and out within the hour.

Really pleased. I booked and paid online for a new tyre at about £20 less than their local competitors price and added on their free tyre check and free screen wash top up service. Arrived at the centre and left them my keys while I went for a walk around. Then I received a phone call to say my car was ready for collection.

Needed a leaky tyre checked on Easter Weekend - called in the morning, popped the car in and tyre was repaired immediately with no fuss, or any pushing to get the tyre replaced unnecessarily. Great, honest service at a short notice. Will be coming back - thank you John.

Today 01/04/2024 (Bank Holiday), I had a huge issue with the front bumper of my BMW 1 Series which had lost all of the underneath bolts and was completely hanging off causing it to scrape along the floor when driving making it unsafe to drive and I was 40 minutes away from home.

I went to Formula One due to everywhere else being closed and was greeted by John the branch manager who went above and beyond to sort my car out when he didn’t need to. He secured my bumper making it safe to drive to enable me to get home. Top guy, very kind and approachable and most of all so helpful. Would highly recommend. Thanks John!

John was so helpful. my car had a burst tyre and the AA brought to my home address, after being let down by 2 national tyre companies, I called Formula One, they don't do mobile tyre repairs but John was so helpful, got the car to the garage and they changed the tyre all within a couple of hours. He was also very kind to me as I was in a bit of state as to what I was going to do...

I called them midweek and explained my problem to them and was given some advice. I then visited their branch in Telford on Saturday morning. Was greeted with a friendly smile and booked in straight away. Service and attitude of all the staff was excellent. Job was completed really fast. Can’t thank the guys enough. Would recommend the Telford branch off hay gate road to everyone . Five stars

Telford have now done my full service and got me in on short notice today to do a break check and head lamp change. Good trustworthy staff.

Came in due to a rattling exhaust and within 15 Minutes it was looked at by John. It turned out to be a loose heat shield and was quickly repaired free of charge due to being unable to guarantee that it would last. Couldn't ask for better service and will definitely return if any future problems arise

Great service here!! As a young woman, I often worry about getting ripped off but John was honest and helped me after a 2 minute wait with what turned out to be an immediate and cheap fix! Would certainly return here if I ever have another car problem.

Super service, repaired the tyre and all within 15 minutes of a phone call. Excellent service will definitely use again.

The guys at Formula One Telford couldn’t have been any better! Called at 10am Sunday morning to book in that day for a new exhaust, which I thought would be a nightmare being a Sunday! They booked me in straight away, explained the issue, work needing to be done and gave me a quote. Managed to get the parts and fix it within 3 hours and saved me £180 on a new sensor. Very grateful for John’s help. Will definitely be returning with any other problems in the future.

I arrived early and was treated very welcome and within 15 minutes IAN had fitted 2 rear tyres to my vehicle, I have never had such excellent service from a trye fitting company before and I intend to return again and recommend this company to my friends and family. once again thank you IAN for your outstanding customer service a credit to your company.

Rang up the Telford, Shropshire branch with worries about a knocking on my Audi Q3. Asked me to drop it down the same day and gave me a diagnosis with quote via email as requested the same day! Gave them the go ahead after confirming with my warranty company. Car was ready within a few hours, with an invoice addressed to the warranty company as requested! Couldn't have asked for a more friendly, efficient service! Thank you so much. Highly recommended
