Compensation has never been paid to me

I explicitly asked that fairplane do not proceed with my claim as I felt their fees were too high. After submitting my own claim through Resolver I have been informed that Fairplane have claimed on my behalf and been paid but I have never received any funds. DO NOT use this service claim for yourself using resolver

Very efficient

Excellent service, kept me well informed throughout the whole process with clear in-depth emails, received a large chunk of compensation which I was very happy with, charges were clearly told to me at the start of process, No complaints at all. Download the app, very helpful.

I contacted Fairplane after a delay…

I contacted Fairplane after a delay caused me to miss 2 full days of a holiday to Peru and getting nowhere with the airline.
From the start the staff at Fairplane have been helpful and kept me informed of every stage of the process. It has taken 1 year due to the airline's reluctance to pay compensation but the wait has been worth it. I would recommend Fairplane to anyone who has experienced a delay with their flight

Claim for compensation after long flight delay

Although it is nearly 8 months since I first contacted Fairplane UK I have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and the manner in which they have kept me updated on my claim. The length of time involved has been purely down to the airline involved. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who has experienced a flight delay.

Not cheap, but worth it.

Let’s be honest, it’s not cheap. £450 total compensation and I get £270. FairPlane £180.

But on my own I wouldn’t have got anything. It took over 12 months and a court case. No way am I doing that. I’d otherwise have nothing.

So is it fair? Yep. Could you do it yourself ... I suppose so, in theory. But instead of £270 you’d probably have nothing.

Hi David. Many thanks for your very balanced review and for clearly illustrating why we believe the service we offer is well worth paying for. As you point out, although it’s technically possible to make a claim yourself, this process can often be very protracted and of course there’s every chance that the airline might either refuse your claim or simply not respond. If push comes to shove, we can take the airline to court, but of course for any individual, that would bring with it a certain amount of stress and financial risk.

Fairplane secured our compensation…

Fairplane secured our compensation after TUI had turned us down. Like many we were very sceptical but thought we had nothing to lose in trying. So glad we did as we are now in receipt of the money. It was so simple to use the service and the staff were always very friendly and helpful and emails replied to very promptly. We would not hesitate in recommending Fairplane to anybody.

Feel robbed

They said that I Claimed with them for a flight cancellation. I had claimed myself via airline (this is easier to do and you get 100% of the money)
Now I have to pay an admin fee for nothing at all... Robbing Herbert's...

Excellent

Regarding a holiday from July 2018... just received money today. Took a very long time but worth the wait. Was kept up to date at every stage of the way, received £168 today for each pssenger which was great.
Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

6 Hour Delayed Flight to New York

After having a 6 hour delay to the start of our holiday to New York in 2018, I submitted a claim to Fairplane for myself and my mum who I was travelling with. The process was simple and straight forward and Fairplane kept us in the loop.

I did chase a few times as the process was long but Fairplane always came back with an update.

It has been just over a year since our trip but Fairplane won our case with United Airlines and we are each waiting on the payment hitting our bank! I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future if the same ever happened again.
