It’s also not unknown for an airline to refute valid claims for compensation made directly by passengers in an effort to avoiding having to pay. Our specialist team of legal experts will ensure your claim won’t be ignored, and will enforce your claim in court if required. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining compensation for you, there will be no charge for our service. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining compensation for you, there will be no charge for our service.

long drawn out issue finally resolved thanks to FairPlane
Had a delayed scheduled flight for a group booking with a Polish Airline in March 2015. The airline refused to compensate & drew it out 18 months with me fighting it alone. As I was getting nowhere, I contacted Fairplane (based on them being the cheapest with fees!) who took on my case. This was a year ago & had to do a test case first, once that was resolved in Dec 17, the rest of the claims was submitted. Almost 11 months later, we have finally received the last payment due form the Airline.

Time wasted, zero compensation.
On 20.07.2018 I contacted FairPlane UK being curious if I can have a claim for a delayed flight which happened in June this year. The approach from FairPlane was fast and after I gave all the details I had been told that "Once we’ve got these details we can submit your claim for you and after our fees you would be looking to receive around £230 per passenger. Our fee is 25% plus vat and £25 admin fee". I was more than happy with their positivity and the fact that I could recover back some money that I lost because of my delayed flight. The entire process they said that will take 10-12 weeks and that they will keep me post it via email.
Fast forward on the 30th of August when I received an up date in which the FairPlane UK said "We are now carrying out evidential checks to ensure that we believe your claim has a good chance if we were to issue legal proceedings. This procedure involves using sophisticated software to check the weather patterns, airports and flight paths . This analysis can take up to 20 days to complete but is often much quicker."
And after that quiet until 26th of Sep when I sent another email asking for another up date since those 20 way passed.....Silence.
Eventually i received an email on the 3th of Oct in which I had been told "Unfortunately we rejected your claim as easyJet do not sell connecting flights, if you bought two separate flights through them it does not class as a connecting flight" Just keep in mind that the info about the flight that I was claiming for were provided at the beginning of the whole process. Imagine my surprise that I had after all this waiting time to be told basically that I do not have a claim. Furthermore they even told me "If you still wish to try and seek compensation for your affected flight it might be best to contact the airline themselves to see what they say regarding the matter" which is shocking.
PS; Since the FairPlane gave a reply in which they said that I didn't
supplied any info, I would add the Ref Number; U613359 for their
consideration

Excellent company for getting…
Excellent company for getting compensation! I had been refused by the airline as they said it was no fault of theirs (delay due to unruly passenger), however, Fairplane took on the case for both me and my husband and passed the money to us with no issues on successful win. Wouldn't hesitate to use again (hopefully wont need to!)

Fair plane uk successfully claimed back…
Fair plane uk successfully claimed back compensation for me, my wife and daughter from thomas cook for a 27 hour delay.
The process was complely free one phone call and a couple of emails was all it took.
Thomas cook initially denied liability but fair plane didn't back down and took it to the courts on my behalf.
There was no need for me to do anything apart from supplying my bank details for the money to be paid to me.
The process took 5 months to complete but that was down to thomas cook delaying things.
The compensation almost £700 was paid into my account less than a week later.
If you have had a cancelled or delayed flight contact fair plane and get the compensation you are entitled to.
Many thanks.

I instructed fairplane to recover compensation regarding a delayed flight, after a few months i received a email from a employee stating that the company didnt think i had a claim so as far as i was concerned that was our contract ended. About 2 weeks after that email i received another email saying that they had won my case. A few weeks later the air company paid me direct and now fairplane are requesting monety from me for the work they had done even though they stated in writing i didnt have a case. I contacted fairplane who said the email saying i didnt have a claim was sent in error and that the employee no longer works for them. I am sorry but this is not my problem. 7 months have passed and now i have received a letter saying court proceedings against me are going to take place. Well i say bring it on i will take my risk in court.

Hello Richard
Hello Richard,
I contacted Mina to confirm receipt of my proof of flights earlier today, out of curiosity I asked her the process along with costs involved should I wish to cancel and no longer use your services to which her tone and mannerism completely changed.
Mina mentioned that if I cancel then there would be a charge for the work carried out in hours or whatever work measuring tool your company uses. I made a small request for a bill on the work carried out so far to which she replied she doesn't have time to waste on creating a bill and would only issue me one if I cancel as the money she makes of each claim isn't great or worth her while.
Mina confirmed that accounts would raise the bill but she doesn't have time to write it and calculate the hours she or anyone else has put in which makes me question Fairplane's morals. I only spent 10 mins on the phone and she did most of the talking, kept speaking over me and interrupting me whilst speaking. Just because you have Fair in your company name doesn't make fair.
I do not wish for Mina Morris to handle my claim therefore I would like to request that somebody else take the claim and please get me a bill for the work carried out so far which can't be much as Mina said, the airline have requested proof which I just sent.
I await your professional response.

6 years ago got delayed in Vegas…
6 years ago got delayed in Vegas overnight when our Virgin flight was delayed as the pilot went sick. As per EU regs I contacted Virgin to ask for compensation (600 euros) and was told in no uncertain terms that I couldn't have any as sickness was acceptable. I saw an ad for Fairplane UK and spoke to an advisor and told them what had happened 5 years earlier. They said I had a claim so I provided them with the flight number. Today got told we would get compensation - after their 25% commission still got over £360 - which is more than I ever expected - I expected NIL. Good little app and excellent communication. Highly recommend them.

Was told by your operator that I could not claim for my flight been cancelled, so I entered a few details into fairplane they rang back the next day and set the ball rolling although it did take quite a few months we still ended up with are money so would definitely recommend using this firm for your compensation.
