The salesman, Mr Shepherd, was very helpful and extremely well informed about the furniture and beds in the store. I was kept informed about delivery every step of the way. The delivery men were on time, pleasant and very helpful. An excellent shopping experience.

Fairway furniture and staff are always good.
Fairway staff are always helpful, attentive and efficient. The furniture is always of good quality. The delivery men are excellent. However, there were a couple of issues. 1. The stool was a lighter colour than the sofa although the pattern matches. 2. The furniture 'cups' I bought are useless as the Parker Knoll casters run straight out of them. I bought 2 packets that I cannot use. This wasn't enough of an issue to complain but you did ask!

Customer service second to none good quality products

impressive service.
No pressure in the Plymstock branch.We were left alone which was appreciated. Lady was there if we wanted any information.
When we made our purchase it was all done very smoothly.Only criticism is the delivery charge you get hit with.Seems to be the norm now with all of these stores. Collection was not an option!!
