Victoria at the Plymstock store was excellent. We gave her all what we required and she gave us all the information we needed. She told us what the delivery time would be, she kept us updated with how everything was going and the goods arrived ahead of time. Delivery guys were great, they went the extra mile when they couldn’t get one item through the front door.

Chose sofa in showroom and told…
Chose sofa in showroom and told matching chairs were available. When delivered we immediately noticed chairs were 60mm higher than sofa .Had we been told this or seen the chairs we would not have ordered them. We like the style, colour and fabric. It's just the visual appearance that spoils everything seeing a chair that's higher than the nearby sofa. Reported findings to showroom but have not received any contact from manager.

The height difference is due to the chair design. Unlike the snuggler chair and sofas, the standard chair does not include arm cushions, so the arms are designed to sit higher. This ensures they remain comfortable and supportive when seated, as lower arms would otherwise feel too low.

great company to deal with.although we ordered in November we were told the company supplying the suite didn’t have the fabric in the colour until early January.we were kept up to date with every step.finally arrived on the 13th jan.very happy.well worth the wait.

The tracking device was very useful as it allowed me to go about my work without having to lovely check to see if the delivery lorry had arrived; it was kept up to date at all times.

An excellent bargain, delivered spot on time!
I found an absolute bargain, a display model, and just what I wanted. Knowledgeable help in store, and delivered absolutely on time..maybe the only thing to be improved would be dust sheets for delivery in bad weather to protect carpets. Otherwise excellent! And having now realised that I should have provided cover for the carpets (thank you for your reply Fairway), I thoroughly recommend them. We’ve bought quite a few items from them, and all still going strong!
