Delivered on time and quickly took the bed up our 27 steps outside and thenupstairs to the bedroom, where it was unpacked and all wrapping removed.

Great customer service
Great customer service, lovely staff and the sofa is really good quality. I was kept fully informed throughout it being made etc on delivery dates and changes to timings. Delivery team made the whole thing very easy, including removal of my much larger old sofa. Would 100% recommend Fairway!

Excellent service
The time of delivery and building my furniture was excellent it was nice and early, the two men were very nice and very efficient it didn’t take too long to put everything together.
Within less than two hours they finished and took all the rubbish away.

Friendly reliable service. The matress is of good quality. The charge for delivery and removal of the old one though is rather too much compared to other retailers.

Wonderful staff and made you feel at home also greeted with a hot drink on a rainy day. We were very impressed especially with the manager John in the Plymouth branch and beautiful furniture.
So impressed that we spent nearly 5k on table and chairs and a sofa.
They delivered the table and chairs to the room of our choice and were quick and polite.
