Better from Famileo

Update 14/10 Famileo do seem to have addressed this issue and my Mum is really pleased with magazines she has received!!!!!!! So do give it a try.

big fail for Famileo. My wife signed us up for my Mum. She followed a link in English from her Instagram account. All in English and no problems. I got sent a link to register via Gmail. Email in English. Clicked on the link to start my registration and it is in French. Apologies for being a stereotypical Brit but l don't read or speak French beyond ordering a coffee. I struggled through but gave up as it became unclear what l was being requested to include. I cannot see the rest of the family struggling with this (afraid they are stereotypical Brits to). And neither my wife or l would be in a position to help. To be fair my wife has contacted Famileo straightaway and we await their reply. Happy to update this review BUT this is the worse possible start with our Famileo experience. I am now concerned that the magazine my Mum will receive is in French. Famileo sort yourselves out please.

Ridiculous and sad

My Grand Mother has been getting Famileo for the past 3 years, all her children, grand-children, grand-grand-children were playing the game and sending pictures on a monthly basis which made my Grand Mother extremely happy whenever she received the printed version.
After she died a month ago we asked Famileo for a printed version of the last 12-13 months for familly members who wanted to get a souvenir of her last year. Famileo told us they couldn't include February in the printing (no reason mentioned) while February has been online and include some key pictures of our Grand Mother... Ridiculous and a bit sad...

As indicated in your exchanges with our customer support team, the book of the year offered in our shop meets certain criteria:

It can be printed if it is at least 40 pages long
You can include the last issue of the previous year and the first issue of the following year in the yearbook you have chosen.

We do not have an à la carte yearbook.

It's important for us to have these comments/suggestions, as they enable us to pinpoint user expectations and prioritise future developments.
Your message will therefore be passed on to our shop team.

IT Problems Uploading

While this is a good idea, I have had multiple problems accessing, uploading and be logging in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on several occasions now and it’s getting annoying.
We love seeing the home photos and news, and we know our relatives enjoy seeing the gazettes but it needs to run more smoothly for uploading please.
