I have always received well informed and quick responses to my queries. Staff are always polite and very helpful. Which is particularly useful as I am dealing with a parent's accounts so all is not straightforward

Decent interest rates, helpful staff when you need to call

Sarah-Jayne was so helpful in assisting me to set up and log in to a new account under the LPA process. This is often complicated to do as each bank has very different processes to follow. The account was set up in a single phone call and I find the staff at Family Building Society are always cheerful, knowledgeable and get problems solved straight away. In addition they have some really exceptional savings products. I fully recommend them for secure and flexible savings.

This Building Society is always efficient and worth supporting. Today I had to ring the helpline twice to search new products and was answered instantly both times. First by a very helpful man whose name I didn't catch and then by wonderful Sophie Richards

I was having some trouble registering online after opening a new account. I spoke to Vandelle on the phone and she was helpful, courteous, and very patient with me and walked me through the process. I have been customer of F.B.Society for many years and service has always been good. My telephone call to Ms Vazquez-Phillips today was no exception, she helped me open a new savings account quickly and easily, and her instructions were clear and audible. It was what I tend to think of as old fashioned service.
