Had to wait 9 weeks for my shipment, quality sucks, no instructions. Stupid customer service replies. Only positive, did not pay much :-) Never again. Stay away, they sell crap you can buy elsewhere for 20% of their price.

I ordered a storm Chrystal in October and apart from them giving me an order number I still have no tracking number and I have emailed them twice but no reply. Are there other people experiencing the same treatment? What can I do?? Facebook should be more responsible for products advertised!

Took a long time to get to me but a good product and well packaged
Rude service, refuse to despatch item, Refunded.
Placed an order for a star projector and it was clear that it would take 3-5 weeks to get to me. Fine. Then, after a couple of weeks, I still hadn't been told that it had been sent, so I sent them an email - they don't provide a phone number presumedly for reasons that'll soon be clear to you. The email I sent acknowledged the 3-5 weeks but asked for despatch date. Giselle's response proved they don't read your emails and just said that she hoped I saw the warnings about it being 3-5 weeks on their site. I replied asking for clarity and all I could get were smarmy little one liner copy and paste jobs that blatantly refused to answer my question about despatch date, instead offering an answer along the lines of we'll get to it when we can be bothered. I then saw all the library of negative reviews and this mixed with the disgusting customer service, I decided to cancel.
In Giselle's defence - her abhorrent customer service skills aside, she does reply promptly and did organise refund when I requested the cancellation. (Later, after I called my bank to confirm receipt of refund, I noticed that even though I was seeing items charged in AUD, she charged me the same amount in USD. Had I not asked for a refund, I'd've paid $51,75 after agreeing to pay $38,70 for something worth around $7,00. Lucky I had such a negative experience.)
If only they had advertised TRUE timeframes and weren't such a strop in their emails, they may have actually kept me as a customer.
Somebody Want to file a lawsuit
Somebody Want to file a lawsuit against these con-artists or do I have to do it myself ? Ordered a star projector thing and realised I got baited straight away .... please do not buy anything from these scammers.
Massive waste of money!
It took months for our product to be delivered. Which is fine I suppose, Australia is a long way away.. but the product quality we received? Absolute, utter rubbish! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
We payed excess of $40 for something that is worth about $10 and one would expect to buy at a fair from a crappy gadget stall. We bought the galaxy star projector and it is made of flimsy plastic and had to put it together ourselves with ill fitting parts and double sided tape. Once it was together it projected blurry shapes about 30cm away and no further, hardly lighting up the room as the ad would have you believe.
Massive waste of money and massive regret.
6 weeks later, still no product
6 weeks later, I've yet to receive the product. Website says 3-5 weeks when you order. I have had multiple contacts with customer support, none of which have been helpful. Also, it might be nice to receive an apology for these problems. Finally, 6 weeks in, I have a tracking number that works. Apparently, my package has been prepped to leave China... maybe one day I'll receive it. And maybe it will be what I expected? As of now, I'm very disappointed.
Ordered a star projector
Ordered a star projector
What came was nothing like what appeared to be advertised in the pictures online:
- build-it-yourself with instructions in chinese (and very difficult to understand broken english translation)
- the light doesn't light up very well at all, and you get all the seams crisscrossed along it - just appears as a mush on your ceiling
- fell apart within a day
Seemed like they had ordered cheap low-quality projectors from China, (I would guess in the region of $5) then sold them for a huge profit. Absolute rip-off at $43, I would expect something of good quality for that money.
Scam of a company.
Ordered a star projector
Ordered a star projector. It didn’t work and it couldn’t be returned, the nature of the item meant it couldn’t be returned in its original state as stipulated as it had to be built in order to see if it works. Total rip off
Star projector took about five weeks to …
Star projector took about five weeks to arrive and when it did it was a crappy novelty thing in a dented box that you probably wouldn’t pay $10 for in a shop
Horrible company
Horrible company. Shipment hasn't left eventhough they confirmed at the time of order that the product was available. I don't doubt i will finally receive the product but service is very bad. Do not buy from here!
Do Not buy from these guys.
Horrendous.
As with all the other reviews, the products they advertise are not the ones you actually recieve.
The goods they're peddling are extremely cheap Chinese items of such laughably poor quality that i'm amazed they're not being investigated for fraud.
Luckily my money was insured by Paypal, but DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from Faraday. These guys are crooks, and they know full well that what they're selling is crap.
Avoid at all costs.
Misleading descriptions and photos
Misleading descriptions and photos. Rude and slow customer service. The air shark does not arrive filled with helium as the description states but needs filling. The storm glass is tiny (14cm) and does not come with a stand,as photographed. Cheap junk sent direct from Asia and badly packaged. Do not buy from them!
Cheaply made garbage
Cheaply made garbage, no response to emails for their “refund guarantee”. Have tried three times to post a review on the product I bought and it hasn’t shown up on their website. This is obviously a company based in China pretending to be based in the US. Avoid at all costs.
I still haven’t received my order. No reply to my emails
I still haven’t received my order. I placed it 2 months ago. They don’t reply to my emails. Total scam
This "company" is a tital sham
This "company" is a tital sham. Disgusting! I don't expect to receive my order, after the emails I've sent and the reviews I've read. I wish I could nail them!!!!
Faraday is a SCAM!!!
Faraday is a SCAM!!!
Please be careful. I ordered the Faraday constellation projector light. It came in a box only with Madarin instructions. It looked like it had been bought from a farmer's market in China for about 1 Yen. It is disgusting. They are THIEVES. The light is made out of plastic and it does not project at all.
Avoid This Company! Do Not Buy Anything From Faraday.
Should have done my homework and checked the reviews for this company. AVOID them. Their advertising is misleading - photo shows 6 items - you get 1; photo shows 8 in diameter item - what you get is 3 in diameter; boxes containing the items (not shipping container, but item boxes) are crushed, torn, and reassembled with tape. The prices are not all that great - use Amazon - at least they'll stand behind what they sell. It took 8 weeks for the items to arrive after ordering from Faraday. Follow up messages were ignored. DO NOT BUY HERE.
