I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. It still has not arrived. I sent an email requesting an update or some action if the package was lost. This is the response I got:

"It should take 3 to 5 weeks for the shipment to arrive. Your order was shipped already.

Please wait for the package. Thanks!"

No actual information about when it shipped or why I had received no updates. It seems more like a cut and paste from their FAQ section then actually wanting to be helpful.

I ordered a " Magellan night sky projector" in August and haven't received it yet. I looked at the reviews just after making my ordered and tried to cancel it (BEFORE shipping) but they refused.. I have contacted 100 times trying to get my projector but.... nothing! I finally threw 40€ away.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT HORRIBLE SHOP!!!!

I can't believe I actually received the item today. I wish I had researched their "business" before purchasing since they overprice literal cheap rubbish from China, which does not even come with English manuals. I will make sure nobody falls for that crap too.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are cheap Chinese garbage and their advertising photos are extremely deceptive. I purchased a moon lamp, assuming that I would receive a product as pictured. The photo showed someone holding the product in both hands - indicating a reasonable size for a lamp. However, the one I received is tiny and looks like something a cat would bring up after eating a pigeon. When I complained, I was told that I should have bought the larger size, even though when they sent the confirmation of my order, they included a photo of the larger size item. Creepy company that is taking advantage of customers with no understanding of service.

I made a purchase last week and made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand, and so, after having a look at them, I cancelled my order. The person managing the orders was extremely helpful, and I was refunded on the same day I made the purchase.

Exactly what everyone else has said is true. Their stuff is complete garbage. I paid 70 dollars (on sale) for a moon replica nightlight. It closer resembles a piece of styrofoam garbage than our actual moon. I wish I had read the other reviews!!! A complete scam, this company should be sued out of business.

You'll see their ads on Facebook for all sorts of cool gadgets but DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT buy anything from the Faraday Science Shop. I made the mistake of buying something from them before doing my usual research and I've been scammed. Seriously. Overpriced garbage items. The "Magellan Night Sky Light" looks really cool in the pictures but don't waste your money.

Instructions horribly translated from Chinese to English, Some not at all. You have to assemble the product yourself using the pathetic excuse for "two sided tape". The manufacturing is ridiculously bad, the base plate wouldn't even fit on to the bottom of this one. Despite all this I had it looking decent enough to turn on (since I bought it for my GF). We woke up this morning and all the two sided tape used to connect the plastic has let go over one night. I took a photo but can't post it here.

I repeat. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Google them and all they have are bad reviews on various products. I should have done that first too.

Every thing they sell is 2 or 4 times more expensive than Ebay, and all items they have is on Ebay

I bought the Magellan - Night Sky Projector. Terrible cheap Chinese product. It isn't mentioned on their website you have to build the product yourself and the manual is in Chinese!!

Very poor service - stealing my money - ordered a watch and today 9 weeks later still nothing - DO NOT Buy ANYTHING from this company they are unethical and dishonest.

Oooh how I wish I would have looked up this company before purchasing my items. I made a 100$ purchase of trinkets for my kids. One by one they are showing up. I've only received a 3 of the 6 items but I don't even care to see the other items because they are Cheaper and cheaper looking. I could have went to the 99 cent store and got better stuff. I purchased off a "shop now" link on instagram. The ad and website was in English but this stuff is straight from China and just trash. So bummed that I was ripped off by this company.

Don't bother purchasing anything from this company! It has been 4 months since my purchase and haven't received anything. When questioned all I get in reply is "the package is still in transit". Really??

A waste of time, money and energy dealing with Faraday Science Shop!

As you can see from other comments, order came extremely late and I had to query hard to get any tracking information. I had actually escalated a PayPal dispute before they reacted.

I got the product and it was a cheap knockoff and not what was represented on the site. If I wanted a cheap knockoff of a product, I'd go to a Chinese knockoff online shop and gotten the item a lot cheaper and faster.

Do not give these people your money. I regret getting anything from them. The item they gave me broke after less than hours of use as well today. Literally broke in half.

Assume that any product you buy from them is similar quality and similarly shoddy. They're just reselling something that's easily obtainable other places on the internet for cheaper. If you desperately want something on their site, Google Search the image and find another retailer.

I bought some 24k cards from them and it took over 7 weeks for them to get to me. I had sent them an email prior asking about it but I never got a reply. Upon arrival I opened it and they looked, pretty decent but they also were not the exact same product shown on the site. The certificate is different and so were some of the colours. I also have heavy doubts on their authenticity as it has a certificate but, there's a pretty heavy spelling errors on it. I dont think "sophisticatodly handicraft" is a thing. Furthermore, everything on that site is 'on sale in a limited amount for a limited time' all the time. That in itself is shady but i never bothered checking to see if their claims were true which I should have done. But, they got me, I panicked, so it works to some extent but very immoral and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not worth it. Don't do it.

I placed two orders on May 15, 2017. I was fine with the 3 to 5 week shipping projection. It is now June 30 and neither order has been received. I have sent emails regarding each order indicating that I will not be placing any new orders. I should have read the reviews her before ordering in the first place.

OK, my order did turn up, and the quality was acceptable. However, it took forever. Over a month for delivery is not acceptable in this day and age, whether it's written somewhere in their small print or not.

I also dislike their questionable and diliberately misleading marketing methods, if you read their refund conditions, refunds are only available on full price items, not sale items, but every item is listed, constantly as a sale item. With a ridiculously high price crossed out and a "sale" price, (which is not particularly cheap) shown. Every single item will tell you there's only a few left in stock (the number appears to be random and changes of you go and look again). Every item will also have a timer telling you there's only a few hours left as well. The same timer, every day.

I did order from them once, but I wouldn't again.

6 weeks later, still nothing, and no reply from the email I that was sent. Just don't bother.

Definitely not worth the money I spent for that item. I ordered an "Aperture™ - The Camera Lens Coffee Mug" for 22.50€ (allegedly its initial price was 70.57€), but what I received after 7 weeks of wait.

The price that the Customs' Office sticker claimed ($5) is I think more accurate as a price to pay for that particular item.

Mind you, by saying "3-5 weeks for your order to arrive" on their FAQs page, what they really mean is 3-5 weeks for your order to be DISPATCHED - yes, mine was dispatched 5 weeks after my order was placed. Also, they claim that they don't have the ability to provide customers with tracking numbers, but when I opened a case on PayPal, they provided me with one, in order to prove to me that my order is on its way.

5 weeks post payment still no shipping confirmation. Page stated 'be quick, only 7 left', next day, same message! Unfortunately their T&C state no returns 30 days post purchase, not post receiving. Would not recommend leaving your money with them.
