The product came 2 months later and it was send from mainland China. This got me pretty suspicious. The product was in bad quality and did not match the images on the website.

Ordered a light up iPhone charger wire, did not look like the one I ordered (it lit up differently) and broke within a week. The other item I ordered has still not arrived.

I did order a product from them but then I decided to cancel. Upon writing an email, I got a refund in less than 48 hours. There are too many negative reviews here, I decided to leave this because of prompt customer service by the company.

Stay well away.

Item not delivered after 10 weeks.

They reply to emails giving lip service to the fact the item 'is on it's way' and they are 'liasing with their supplier's' but won't provide tracking details or any other evidence of shipping.

Complete fraudsters probably just looking to make interest off your money when paid to them or hope you don't challenge non delivery if items.

Do not use.

These guys will deduct payment the moment you give them your card detail, but will take forever to deliver. When they say "allow 3-5 weeks for delivery" they are not kidding.

I ordered 4-5 small items (<$50 total) late March and by early May I was getting a little concerned. When I emailed, they told me it had already been shipped and gave me a reference number for the shipping agent.

The ref number was not recognised, so I email them again. They email back and say that it might take "a few days" for the number to be 'registered'.

I was able to eventually find that the shipping agent was POS Malaysia, but the number that Faraday provided was not a valid number (ie didn't actually match their template for packages).

It's clear that the items were never shipped and these guys just figure they can run you around until you get bored and go away. I've asked for a refund and they've agreed to it, but it hasn't come through yet. They advised it would be 2 or 3 days before it comes through - 2 or 3 days ago.

I notice from other reviews on the web that many others have had similar problems. Some reviews also comment on the dreadful quality of goods. I suspect they'll be out of business soon as they won't be able to survive with a reputation like this. Shame, as they seemed an interesting company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TELL YOUR FRIENDS IT IS A SCAM. Buying a phone case from them was the worst decision I ever made. The case came 5 weeks after I ordered it and then it broke immediately. It is the lowest quality product I ever received. I emailed the customer service department and was told the product could not be replaced because the warranty was out (however I had only had the product for a week). Eventually they agreed to send me a replacement; however, the replacement never came. I have followed up numerous times and was always assured that "it was on the way." It has been 6 months now and I still have not received the case.

The products on the page seems cool and totally thing I would buy.
I bought a watch from them which said the it was 70 % but only for a limited amount of time and there was only 3 watches left. But after a week it was still 70 % and suddenly 5 watches left. Again a week after the same occurred. When my watch finally arrived it was some fake excuse for a watch, that I payed 30 dollars for, that I just threw in the garbage immediately.
Don't buy anything from this website, you will be disappointed, and they only want your money in exchange for some cheep Chinese produced crap. They could at least give me some of my money back or pay the return fee
