Never in my life have I had to deal with brain dead customer services as bad as this lot over an hour on chat and an hour on the phone and still didn’t bother sorting the problem, system wouldn’t update my new address apparently they are incapable of doing it even though I made the order at 12.39 and contacted them at 12.40 ? While on the phone they still sent the parcel out to the incorrect address and told me it was to late .. so why charge people 4.99 for 3 day delivery when apparently your warehouse can dispatch things within a minute according to the person on the phone. Parcel is currently on the way to the old house and I’ve been told to return it. I can’t I’ll be closing my account and contacting the bank the parcel is gone before it’s even left crazy company shocking customer services
