Tariq and his team are simply fabulous!
I am a returning client and already look forward to their next insightful, entertaining rigorous EFAW course.
I would not mind if they make this mandatory on a yearly basis.
Tariq is clearly a very smart coach and makes even this course very entertaining.

First Aid Training Organisation ran two in-house courses for us - Fire Marshall and Emergency First Aid. Both courses were presented at a good pace, with enough time for us to ask specific questions to our organisation.

The tutor is a very caring person, made sure that everyone understands everything, answered correctly until the end of the day. Thanks to him, I felt very confident to become a first aider.

Great course, was delivered with passion, enthusiasm and knowledge. The team and I had a great day with the trainer. He left plenty of time for questions, and was happy to go over things afterwards if people were unsure of something. Venue was easy to find, and had all the facilities that would be needed for spending the day there. Will definitely be using this company again.

Great value for money. Tahir is extremely knowledgeable and delivered the training in a clear, practical and engaging way. He made sure the group had a good understanding of a range of first aid treatments. He imparted lots of helpful tips throughout the day.

Bought coupon from Wowcher.
Did step by step process. Seller did not answer calls or emails. Then one day he called back and I “booked” a training day. The day came and went and I never heard from them again.

Happy to take the money then suddenly no courses in my area. Won’t answer emails

This is a scam.
I bought a Groupon voucher for me and a work colleague.
I called the company on a few occasions, they give me a date for a course in Bristol, as I had not heard from them I asked to confirm the course date and time, they said it was not happening as there was not enough people on the course. They then give me another date, which did not happen.
I then contacted Groupon but they would not refund me as they have a seven day refund policy . My voucher was now due to expire . So I contacted the company again, he persuaded me to give him the voucher code( so just took my money) which I did, explaining that we would definitely be on the next course. Surprise surprise it did not happen.
Do not give this company any of your hard earned money it's a scam.
They are still selling vouchers for this company on Groupon.

This is a scam !!! DO NOT USE. I have never had to deal with a company this bad. It is a con. Was meant to have a course and the people that work there are shocking and have 0 customer service. Cancelled the course due to low numbers and never got back to me about rescheduling. They still have my money. DO NOT USE !!!!!!! SHOCKING

Tahir is wonderful in how he connects with his trainees! He use’s his expert experience’s & knowledge combined with simple teaching skills & sprinkles of humour.
I return to him every three years as his teaching technique is one you remember which is the vital intention.

Our experiance with Tahir ws brilliant. He showed the different procedures ranging from a baby,teenager and adult. The right steps to take in all situations. All while bringing a smile to us as sometimes these courses can drag on quite a bit. Very good . Would recommend

This company is a SCAM. Stay away from them.

I had a confirmed booking, I waited for my confirmation, but did not receive this. I called but received no reply. I emailed and was told I had made a mistake and there was no course in Holborn. When I sent him his confirmation, he said it was an error. He rebooked me, only to then cancel two days before the course stating that there were not enough participants. My colleague was also booked on.

I need this certificate for work and without it I am jeopardising my position. I have now paid for another course elsewhere with a reputable company.

FATO refuse to refund claiming that he did not like the tone of my email (as I stated that due to their incompetence I risk losing my position and that I would take this further).

I would definitely advise to STAY AWAY.

Professional but friendly first aid training specially tailored for our group of teenagers. A valuable and fun course.

As a newly qualified personal trainer I wanted to add this qualification as well. I’ve recently completed the emergency first aid at work course. Very good course. You learn a great deal, very detailed, brilliant course. I learnt a lot and would definately reccomend the First Aid Training Organisation.
