This was a fun and informative course. Tahir was a great trainer with an engaging and informative attitude.
It was well-paced and great for anyone who wants to know Emergency first aid, particularly if you have children.
If I had to improve one thing with this, it would be the initial organising of the day. This was done by text message with little information and I think it can be changeable due to courses being run when they have the numbers. If you are flexible, its great and I would recommend it.

Grand Harbour Hotel Southampton. Mr Parkar was our trainer.. He made the day informative, comprehensive and most entertaining. As a result I remember a lot of the things we were taught. He clearly is knowledgeable about his subject and presented it with humour and realism. I shall seek him out for my refresher in 36 months time! I'd recommend his course to you all.Thank you, again.

I attended the 1 day first aid at work course. valid for 3 years. The training was in Holborn. I didn't know what to expect. The trainer Mr. Parker must be one of the most experienced in first aid around. His knowledge and style of delivery was outstanding. We were given comprehensive useful practical info for work and daily life. We were thrown in at the outset to do hands on first aid on dummies and tested on different situations that may arise in real life. I cannot recommend the course enough. Mr. Parker and his assistant were very professional and made everyone feel confident by the end. He really is very good. As promised the certificate was delivered within 3 days. Some others received theirs on the day. A full set of notes were also emailed. Thank you so much for an invaluable day. Priya

I attended one of the courses yesterday. The trainer was excellent, engaging with his audience, making the whole day entertaining, whilst at the same time getting information across in a way that ensured those leaving the course felt equipped to deal with basic first aid. I can highly recommend this course

Excellent course, delivered well. Renewal of teachers rescue test. Highly recommended trainer who was very thorough.

I turned up for the course that I booked on to find that the hotel had no knowledge of them using that hotel. No-one turned up. Waste of time and money to attend the day!

Bought a voucher via Groupon and booked on the course. I was told i would receive final details emailed the day before the course. I called the day before just to confirm and still received nothing then late on that evening got a text saying they were cancelling the course due to lack of numbers and that I could move to 2 weeks later. At this stage it was too l;ate to re-book all my clients that i had moved for the day of the course.
Two weeks later I again called to chase details the day before and yet again nothing was sent.

I have chased them since and they just promise to sort out or call you back.
If I get no joy from Groupon will take court action as its the priciple. I would suggest you avoid this company.

I then made a booking with FATO for a course in october. FATO failed to book me onto the course citing a mistake in their booking system. I hase since tried several times to book the course and and called them but i have received no replies. They failed to deliver what they have been paid for and i no longer have any confidence in their course either.
When i tried to get a refund they LIED about responding to the calls and messages. They refused to recognise my comments and refund.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE LIEING IDIOTS. YOU'RE BETTER OFF PAYING A LITTLE MORE FOR A FIRST AID CERTIFICATE THAT IS WORTH SOMETHING. SHAME ON YOU.
