Attended the first aid course in Birmingham 19th Oct. Brilliant course, very knowledgeable, tutor was so good at explaining everything and getting the information across to you. Had a great little group, lots of laughs would definitely recommend to others

I attended the 1 day first aid at work course yesterday. The training was in Birmingham. I was a little nervous due to COVID and being a mature learner. There was no need Mr Parker was an excellent teacher, he was a fountain of knowledge and his presentation of the course was great, humour to lighten the mood and relax the students, comprehensive instruction which he was happy to repeat if necessary. Practical experience on the first aid dummies with exercises continued until we got it right. I would definitely recommend this course. Thank you and I look forward to receiving my certificate and any further updates in due course. Freda

I heard about First Aid Training Organisation through one of my friends and so I joined. Great notes and videos by Mr. Tahir as well as his continuous support has definitely helped me succeed the course during this pandemic. Highly recommended!

I found the course excellent value for money, I just completed the course at Southampton Row in Holborn on 15/09/2020 . My trainer was a great Guy with a calming personality and great sense of humour, he was also very helpful in directing to the venue over the phone when I got lost. Due to Covid the course was conducted very well.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. Absolute scam and then when you ask for money back you get abuse. You get sent a very badly worded document with a couple of pictures on. My 2 year old nephew could have written it better. Disgusting company

Great course in London Southampton Row. Very engaging. Loads of theory and practical work. Would go again.

Misleading advert on Groupon for a 1 day first aid course. Paid for a face to face course in Reading as advertised, to attend later that week, only to be told they have 'issues' with the venue. I was offered an online alternative due to these issues which is not what I paid for.

Phoned the venue as something didn't feel right after looking into the company further and it turns out the venue have been having issues with First Aid Training for over a year with them using their address for advertising purposes. First Aid Training have never hired this venue to host a course!

Upon contacting the company asking for a refund, I've only received sarcastic and rude emails and they have refused (so far) to give me a refund.

The issue has been escalated by myself and I hope others looking to book with this company will check out the venue advertised first. Such a shame, especially as this course is vital to many employers and it is of course a worrying time at the moment.

I also hope that by posting this review, First Aid Training will recognise the error of their ways and issue the £65 refund I am owed.

Good value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the course as Mr Parker delivered an informative and thorough session. FATO were helpful in arranging a suitable time for myself and my colleagues to attend a 1 day 1st aid for 3 years via Groupon. I would highly recommend booking via FATO.

Just completed my first aid at work. Profesional experience during the covid situation.

Great training. During the Covid19 Pandemic I was still able to complete the training via videos, emailed slides and telephone calls with the trainer. This was really helpful as didn't have to wait for group training to restart and so was able to get my PT insurance.
Would definitely recommend.

Have just completed my Emergency First Aid at Work (online). The course videos were clearly explained and communication was excellent from the tutor regarding the videos of my practical first aid. Response and feedback were quick, clear and very helpful.
I would happily undertake another course with them.

I found the First Aid Course, good value for money (Groupon) the trainer makes the session agreeable, funny and full of good tips and information. The booking system is not ideal so you have to be on top in advance to see where the course is taking place. I am very please with the results.
