I would like to thank Fazwas team especially Mr. James Aurelien who assisted me from the first day of our contact with the buyer. He is very professional, efficient and had done all of he necessary steps throughout the selling process and always make sure that every information between me and the buyer are clear without leaving anything unanswered. He basically did everything so perfectly ( legal documents, schedules, financial transactions and the title Transferring at the land department ) to make sure that the deal go so smoothly and in about 4 weeks, every was done. Too many scammers placing fraudulent ads listing very low prices and then when you contact them they ask for P2000 reservation deposit via GCash or other online payment prior to looking at a rental?! 🙄👎🏻
I've caught over 15 so far going through the process
Contacted the developer to get the average owners rental rates for the same condos which start between P35,000 to P45,000 per month not the P8,000, P9,000, P11,800 or P14,000

Miim is the most reliable agent
Miim is honestly great. She always responds whenever we have an issue or questions in minutes! She was very supportive in finding the right place for our family. She would pick us up and take us to viewings and would give her honest opinion. She explained thoroughly how to rent a place here in Hua Hin and how to pay bills and rent.
