We had a great experience looking for our condo in Bangkok with Khun Ranya, who understood our expectation and was well prepared. She was observant, reliable, knowledgeable, responsible and pleasant to work with. We found a place with her coordination and she managed the process all the way till the completion. I’m happy to have found her.

We have been looking for a property for almost one year. Without the fantastic help from Simon and Nong it would have been impossible to find what we were looking for. Simon and Nong are extremely helpful, patient and understanding - they also have a brilliant sense of humor and they never push you in any direction. Because of different circumstances we had to change our plans a couple of times - no problem for Simon and Nong. Opposite: they tried even harder to find what we were looking for - and they have been successful. Both are very skilled and have a fantastic communication with their customers. We highly appreciate Simon and Nongs kind help and support and we advise everybody who is looking for some real estate to reach out to them. Overall our experience could not have been any better.

I spent several months researching for a good condo which met my requirements.
During this time, I have been dealing with many real estate agents: Some of them were unable to understand my requirements, others were just interested in a quick sell without having the interests of the client in mind.

I then found an interesting condo listing online and was contacted by Asprina of Fazwaz.
I am glad to report that Asprina put time and effort in understanding my requirements and showing me many options, providing great availability, professionalism and negotiation skills.

At the end, I am happy with the choice I made in purchasing this property, and I recommend Asprina as your real estate agent.

I bought a home with Ploy in Koh Samui she truly was remarkable. Ploy went out of her way everyday to find a home that was right for me.

Despite a complete lack of response to requests to FAZWAZ customer service to be put in contact with senior directors I eventually managed to find the contact details of Paul Trayman who lists himself as the COO and Co-Founder of Fazwaz Thailand on LinkedIn
I replied to one of his comments and complained about the service I received from FAZWAZ Hua Hin and the Head Offices lack of response. I thought we had turned a corner when he replied “ Hi Bob, really sorry about your experience with our site - it's rare to hear, and I'd appreciate your feedback; could you drop me an email at paul@******.com with your thoughts and contact number”
I has sent Paul an email on 29th Dec. I know we’ve had Christmas and the New Year but it’s now 3 weeks and what has Paul/FAZWAZ replied? Absolutely nothing – even though I’ve chased up a response, both on LinkedIn and email and have the delivery receipts so I know Paul, or his PA, have been receiving them
This complete lack of any concern for customer service means that I can’t recommend FAZWAZ to anybody but instead, strongly advise you to not use this company. They will be very happy to take your money for commissions but, quite frankly, want to do as little as possible to earn it. We recently sold our house in Hua Hin and the service through that agent, STAR PROPERTIES, is ‘night and day’ far better than FAZWAZ
I sent the above draft to Paul before posting.
He sent me an email saying FAZWAZ prides itself on its responsiveness and professionalism. I therefore asked him for the responses to my emails to Toey on the 8th Dec and his responses to my email to him on the 29th Dec because I had had none and that showed a definite failure in responsiveness and a complete lack of professionalism
He then called me and you’ll never guess the excuse
“Do you know who I am? I’m the COO and a very busy man”.
“My staff are very busy and they are not paid to answer customers emails promptly” (or possibly even at all)
It seems that everyone at FAZWAZ is too busy to respond to customers emails or requests. Maybe that is true but maybe it is an easy excuse for their lack of responsiveness and lack of professionalism. You decide – true or just a culture of doing nothing and taking the easy way out and blaming workload rather than rectifying the problem
Desperately disappointed with their understanding of what customer service is or should be.

They never answer emails or inquiries. The website would otherwise be OK. I lot of work not to answer emails about specific properties

I have been talking an agent from the Bangkok department by the name of Bella, and I have to say, during my 4 years in Thailand talking to various agents, I have never felt more welcome and taken care of than I do with Bella! She is sooo helpful, she's the BEST!

I believe FazWaz's slogan is that they treat you like family, and this is definitely true when talking to Bella!

I had a fantastic experience working with Rai as my real estate agent in Bangkok. She not only helped me sell my property but also made the process of buying a new one incredibly smooth. Asked for details of a 12 month rental that Fazwaz is advertising for a villa in Chaweng available from 1 Sept 2024. Received an automated email advising that somebody would call me within 10 minutes. One week later and after no response, I called Fazwaz and was told that the advertised villa isn't actually available and that I should call back two to three weeks before I arrive in Samui to check its availability at that time. This company couldn't be more unhelpful. What's the point of advertising what isn't available? I wonder if the owners know how they operate?

I purchased a place at life Rama 4 in Asoke I feel that this is a wonderful investment and I’ll be able to rent out.

I did a lot of research on my own. When I met Rai she confirmed a lot of what I was thinking. She was able to prove many things she said overall I feel extremely confident in her knowledge of the area and I do plan to buy another unit in an area if she approves it so to speak

I have made numerous inquiries about trying to arrange an appointment in Buenos Aires, Argentina without response. As an international investors this is the worst company I have encountered. Complete lack of customer service. I would absolutely never recommend this company.

In Thailand the Real estate agency is paid by the seller but I was treated from Nicolas de Carvalho as if I was his client. He is very friendly and extremely quick in everything he did for me including to recomand me a specialized lawyer. I can't imagine to find a better real estate agent.

Oliver was very helpful throughout the entire process. Provided additional content on the property prior to viewing and answered any additional questions that came up. Quick process.

If you're an investor looking for property do NOT waste your time with this incompetent company!

Agents don't read emails and take days to respond with copy paste messages that don't answer your simple question. Worse yet they post the wrong pictures and information on their website so you show up to a different condo that's not nearly like the one you replied to... bait and switch SCAM if it is even available, they tend to leave sold listings online and try to do a bait and swtich. Horrible. Useless.

One year later I decided to give them another try... Made an appointment online and asked to be contacted via email, got an email response saying someone will confirm my appointment shortly and then days go by and I complain and in response to my email I get this answer from jenny, who clearly knows nothing about customer service: "agent tried to contact you but couldn't get a whole of you via phone call since you did not wish to be called. "

I am a foreigner living in Hong Kong and was looking for a condo to buy in Bangkok to live with my partner. I didnt think that i will meet someone as professional, as trustwhorthy, as knowledgable and as friendly as Sara.

Professional; before my luck smiled on me and i met Sara, i contacted multiple agents in Bangkok. Some of them didnt understand what i was looking for, some of them didnt think that i was serious to buy, some of them didnt even show up to the appointment. Whereas Sara got me from day one and showed only the flats that are relevant. She was always on time and ready to go, aware that everyone’s time is valuable.

Trustworthy; the regulations and people can be complicated in a foreign country. The flat that i decided to buy turned out to be an uber complicated one; honestly i didnt feel a thing, i learnt about all issues Sara handled after she fixed everything. With proper contracts and legal documents in place, the transfer of ownership was done within couple of hours.

Knowledgeable; Bangkok is a huge metropol and depending on your needs; to invest, to rent, to live in, airbnb, there are all sorts of options. Sara knows every corner of the city and her aim is really to find the flat that matches your need.

Friendly; the first thing that you ll recognize about Sara is her bright smile. She is never pushy, always ready to go the extra mile. Even after sale, she still helped me with a lot of things related to my flat.

My experience was excellent with Fazwaz in my recent purchase of a property in Bangkok. Much of the positive in my experience was due to my agent Sara Fan.

He comprehended the urgency of my predicament with my marriage visa and lease agreement nearing expiration, swiftly taking action.

On the very last day to extend my marriage visa, when additional documents were unexpectedly required for our rental unit ownership proof, Russell's quick thinking and efficiency were remarkable. His ability to secure the necessary documents ensured I could obtain my visa stamp in time, preventing my family from facing separation due to visa issues.

Reached out to FazWaz to sell our villa in Samui. An agent (Jay) was at our house the following day after initial contact. He performed a thorough walkthrough, asked great questions, and took great photos of the place. The listing was up next day, followed by another 3D photo shoot a few days later.

We had our first viewing 2 days later, with a negotiated offer settled within 48 hours of initial viewing. Superb handling by our agent Nico, guiding both the seller and us through the process.

Final payment and transfer was completed just 54 days from our villa going live on the FazWaz site.

Honestly we never dared to hope that it would be done this quickly. Truly an amazing turnaround time and a great team effort by the FazWaz team. Highly, highly recommended.
