I acquired a property with Fazwaz with Jason Minsuh Kim and it was quite a clear straightforward process. He made sure i could see all available options under my budget to make the best purchase for my needs. Documents were given beforehand for review, legal diligency was recommended , and their in house lawyer walks you through every step of the way. Overall a great experience with Jason and Fazwaz

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kan (Napassanun Pitharattanatip ) during my condo buying process in Phuket, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to my best interests. From the moment I reached out to her, she made every effort to ensure that my experience was smooth, stress-free, and ultimately successful.

Kan stands out among the rest due to their exceptional responsiveness. No matter the time of day or the nature of my inquiry, she was always quick to respond and address any concerns I had. Her promptness in returning calls and emails was truly remarkable and made me feel valued as a client. I never had to wait long for a response, which was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire buying process.

Furthermore, Kan went above and beyond in helping me with the bank account opening and getting to know around Phuket. She offered valuable guidance, connecting me with the right professionals and ensuring that I had all the necessary information and documents.

Lastly, I was truly impressed by how Kan fought for my interests every step of the way. Whether it was negotiating with the developer, navigating paperwork, or advocating on my behalf, she consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to protecting my interests.

No reply from enquiries - Not sure if anyone works here like they advertise. Out of all my enquiries, I've had 1 reply and never heard from again. Any other enquiries are unanswered. If they are this unprofessional at the initial stage then I'm not confident they won't be a nightmare to deal with for big purchases.

Gedvidas Alminskas did a great job as our agent on Phuket. He was reliable and professional throughout the entire buying process!

If I could give zero star, I would. I went through the whole process with Fazwaz for a condo purchase in Phuket and it was the horrendous experience. Extremely unprofessional. The agent did not provide any value-added to the process and simply acted as a messenger. Many minor mistakes on the contract and had to go back and forth several times. DO NOT recommend. Find other agents!!!

One year ago, I purchased a property through FAZWAZ in Hua Hin. The agent Khun Toey has been very helpful, thorough and professional to an extend that anyone coming to an unknown territory like me would have not expected. Her support, before, during and especially after the sale is outstanding. She made my life so easy and stress free, especially when she started to rent my house, as I will not be able to live in it before 2024. Her joyful attitude, professional knowledge and work ethic are commendable. Today, to me she is much more than my agent she is a friend in whom I put all my trust and would recommend anyone going to Hua Hin to ask for Khun Toey. Khun Toey you are an Angel on earth.

Everything was great! I had the luck to have Asprina from FAZWAZ to help us find the perfect condo. Buying from overseas it is always stressful and challenging but with Asprina everything went smooth and great. She is so focused on details, like taking a tour around the neighborhood so we could have a glimpse of the area, coming back to an apartment to show me the light at different times, making accurate video calls. I have no other words than Thanks and I do really recommend Fazwaz as i had a great experience also with the administrative team. They are supportive and helpful instead of being there to push you to rush your decisions. Thanks again Asprina and all the team

Jay also provided his assistance to the buyer simultaneously. He helped collecting relevant documents, suggested a professional lawyer and opening a bank account. Amazing to see that both parties are looked after and guided throughout the buy & sales process until final handover.

In my opinion, it is rare to find a skilled property agent that always makes sure the seller/buyer are always the priority. Jay honestly is the one!

Thanks to Nicolas for all of his service in the resale of my villa in Koh Samui. Always available, good advice, he listens to the seller and the buyer and looks out for everyone's interests. He is competent, endowed with an exceptional patience, because I asked him a lot, and this transaction took place without problems. In addition, he is nice and has a lot of humor, which is even more pleasant. So if it all had to be summed up in one word, that would be PERFECT.

I recommend FazWaz as a property agency because its website is superior to the competition in Thailand, with its wide range of property on offer and the ability for foreigners to filter out Thai quota units that are not of interest. This facilitated my purchase of one apartment in Chiang Mai and another in Phuket through FazWaz.

I also recommend FazWaz's Jason Thelen as your property agent in Phuket. He was exceptionally helpful to me, not only in showing the property but in dealing with subsequent queries and the reservation agreement, and even with inspecting the apartment and taking delivery of the keys when the purchase, which was done by power of attorney, completed in my absence abroad.
