My bag arrived today and I’m IN LOVE...so good quality and well made!
I ordered mine during “lockdown” in the UK 🇬🇧 and I knew I’d have to wait for it to arrived...well the wait was totally worth it. So happy with it, communication with Chris was fab too.
Definitely recommend to friends and others, will be purchasing again shorty from Femni London that’s for sure x

I received my order today. The two bags that I ordered are Vegan Alligator Crossbody (Onyx) and Vegan Dorchester Shoulder (Mini-White). They are great accessories and cant wait to wear them. Yes, the delivery took longer but I believe that its all because on the Covid-19 pandemic, however the company was quick to respond to my emails(within the day) also the quality of the products is very nice. I recommend the website.

Recieved my bag a month ago and love it! The quality is amazing. And the stitching & finishing or the bag is well done, definitely a handbag that will last a long time :) The only problem i had with it was the delivery took just under 2 months but that was understandable due to the pandemic. Unfortunate that I haven't been able to wear it out yet, but will be wearing it everywhere when lockdown is finally over!

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it! She speaks very highly of the products and she can't wait to wear it once lockdown passes on nights out and events. Thank you and i'll definitely be buying in the near future for other friends and family members.

Amazing quality bags and also affordable. They also have really good customer service. I will definitely be purchasing more bags for them.

Im was going to give 4 star because I ordered 2 bags but only received one the other day but I changed my mind. Other than that everything is great. The bag is beautiful how I wish I can post a photo or video of the bag I bought. Also chris was very helpful on checking the status of my order. I placed my order in march 23, so I was kind of worried about since its been taking a while to arrive so I contacted chris and he's very apologetic and helpful. I also told him that I wanted a refund for the bag that did not arrive. I gave him the transaction ID and invoice ID as well as the price and he refunded me right away the next day.

Just to clarify no one pays me to give a honest review here. Kudos to chris@femnilondon I really appreciate your quick respond to my issue. So buyer please if you have an issue to your orders message chris he can help you.

SCAM! You’ll order the item and it will never come! It’s been almost 2 months! How do people sit at their dinner table with food bought with cheated money! Disgusting. And they are based in China not LONDON. DO NOT ORDER DO NOT BUY. I reckon ALL the ‘ happy customers’ are FAKE ACCOUNTS! They delete all the bad comments off their Instagram so DONT FALL FOR IT! If Femni London reply to my comment ‘ we are sorry to hear this’ then I have no interest in their fake response!!!! They have reported my review on Trustpilot in any attempt to prevent being exposed, but exposing scams and good or bad companies is what this site is all about, isn’t it? And this review will save poor naive people! Nice try scam artists!

This “company” is a complete scam . Fraudsters who take your money and you never will recieve what you paid for .

Their bags might look good on their Instagram, but these fake bags never actually arrive to the customer.

Very funny that they never mentioned that these are made in China, ok fair enough but why bags are being shipped from China? i have many companies if i'm selling items i have it in stock. i have more than 190k followers on social media and i will inform everyone about these thiefs. if you try to leave a comment on their Instagram or facebook asking about it, they will delete it immediately and text you directly how patient you should be etc.

i will also contact trading standards, my husband works for facebook and i will make sure they can't be advertising on social media and be taking people's money without delivering goods.

only thing i got is some laughable tracking number what doesn't even work and it's in transit for weeks, only excuse what they got that there is delay with shipping because of Covid 19, my company shipping items all over world within 5 working days, so Covid 19 is not a excuse .


This is a scam and i won't leave it till i will get my money back, they wont be trading very soon

Great bag, really good quality and gorgeous colours. The process was really easy. Delivery was a little delayed obviously as lockdown had just come into play but the company constantly kept me updated as to where the bag was up to. Highly recommend!

Bought one of these bags for my girlfriend. She loves it cannot fault the quality of it nor the customer service and speedy delivery.

I never received my bag after months and months. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I am extremely disappointed.

They said there is a “delay in shipping” ... it’s been 5 months and they won’t give me my money back. Don’t ever buy from this site.

I fell for the Instagram adverts beautiful bags named Femni London you would reckon a uk based company! Bought the bag tracking sent after a while and after me chasing, they said was it coming from China?? I emailed the company to find out they said they use suppliers all over! Tracking didn’t update for weeks at a time kept being told to wait another week another week wouldn’t reply to my emails! Keep telling me to be patient then was told it was stuck on a plane due to covid-19 and couldn’t get it off and to wait another week! I waited over 5 and a half weeks and lost patience and started commenting on Instagram my comments were quickly deleted and that’s when I noticed others commenting saying my bag hasn’t arrived or company is a scam and again swiftly deleted! Spoke to a few others from all over the world who all had the same story!!! I was fed up and asked for a refund on email and was ignored so commented on instagram and kept getting deleted and no reply!! They have now blocked me on Instagram and I emailed them a very angry email saying quick to delete and block me but no to reply to my emails and I want a refund was to wait another 10 days!! I am livid and will never trust an instagram account again!!! Do not purchase these bags!!!!
