Received my bag without TOO much delay considering the pandemic! Came well packaged and looks same as the photos. Looks as described:)

I love my bag from Femni 😍 It took a little while to come, as expected and they advised when ordering, but it was worth the wait. I did contact the team with one small comment about a packing issue and they were very quick in getting back to me and very helpful.

Want a realistic review? DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Firstly, my order took a month and a bit to arrive just in Australia. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but my issue lies with Femni not being 100% honest. My order was coming from CHINA NOT LONDON.

Secondly, the tracking provided was all in CHINESE. I couldn't understand where my item was throughout the duration of the delivery.

Thirdly, when I asked Femni's customer service support for assistance to change my delivery location they could not assist me. Apparently the courier company was AusPost, however this was another lie.

Lastly the most recent update I received was that my parcel is currently on the door step of my old home. Neighbours feel free to take it - the bag looks MUSTY anyway.

Even the bag I ordered took awile to arrive, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were quick to contact back and were extremely polite and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again

So, I ordered the croc bag April 1st, after more than a month and a half waiting, still without a bag, countless emailing back and forth with their awful customer service skills and lack of interest for their customers, several requests for a refund and continuous emails ignored I still hadn’t got my bag.

To this day my bag is still somewhere. The company didn’t have a clue where it was from the minute they took my money, even with the tracking app- which may I add still says my bag has been in transit for 72 days AND has been dispatched 6 times now. The tracking app is riddled with flaws.

Overall, do not purchase from this company. You’ll have a battle and a half to get a refund, continuous excuses thrown at you and poor customer service all round.

Like many others I saw countless advertisements for Femnilondon all over my Facebook and Instagram and fell in love with the design of their bags. I ordered the croc shoulder bag over a month ago and still have not received my item. It stated on the website that international shipping would take 2-3 weeks- no where did it state that delays should be expected due to Covid. When I went to track my order- all tracking information was in Chinese as the courier was air China. I used a different tracking system and every time I logged on the estimated date of arrival got further and further away. Interesting that the website is advertised as being British but ships from China? When I emailed to cancel my order and get a refund, I received a generic, non-apology simply stating that my order is on the way and would arrive shortly. The service has been absolutely appalling and I am still fighting to get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I saw the advertisement of FEMNIlondon on Instagram and every single time I saw the promotion, I fell in love with these beautiful bags!
After can’t stop thinking about it, I ordered the Retro Croc Shoulder Bag and I am absolutely in love with this bag!
The bag is beautiful and the quality perfect!

A very quick and easy service. Product was just like how advertised really happy with the service!

I had seen Femni pop up a few times and have wanted a bag from their collection for let’s say.. a long time! Finally ordered after debating which one I liked most! Delivery was longer than expected but understandable due to COVID-19. It comes in a dust bag too so that you can store it away without it becoming misshapen or caked with dust. I love that you can wear it 3 ways, Doubled up for a shorter strap, single for a longer strap and across the body if you don’t want it hanging on your shoulder. To say I fell in love with it straight away is an understatement, the quality is everything! I will definitely be purchasing another one soon! Thank you Femni :)

In love with my new bag. It’s amazing quality, really sturdy but with so much detail. Definitely one of my favourite bags! I love that the strap can be doubled up so you can wear the bag 2 ways - a longer cross body or as a cute little shoulder bag. My delivery was delayed slightly due to Covid but that’s expected! Can’t wait to order my next bag from Femni London 😊

Delivery was significantly delayed due to Covid-19 but it was worth the wait and they have now changed couriers to ensure delivery is 1-2 weeks!

I have ordered from FemniLondon several times and every time I have experienced nothing less than excellent service. My delivery always arrives within the expected time, beautifully packaged, and the products are incredibly good-quality and designs that cannot be competed with. Would highly recommend!

Purchased the bag as a gift at the beginning of March, it is now June 7!! Emailed the support service who abuse the COVID excuse to the max!! The estimated date provided keeps moving back in 2-week intervals and it is absolutely unacceptable. don't highlight on your website it will be 4-6 weeks for international shipping when it's well over 3 months and no follow up emails or updates. I ordered the bag thinking it was from London, however, I have discovered it is not!! Why did I even bother? I have been told time and time again it is on the way and they will be checking with their warehouse, yet I never receive the follow up of these actions they promise.

3 months of waiting, not worth the money or the time. I have no idea where my parcel is despite what the horrible tracking pages tell me or the so-called support team.

never experienced this with purchasing online before. I have purchased many parcels from overseas and within Australia during this pandemic and they have arrived between 3-15 days prior from clicking "purchase order". so why are they arriving no matter the pandemic and femni is not? I even paid for express shipping!! come up with a legitimate reason.

I love this luxurious bag! It has amazing quality and the fact that it’s vegan is even better! I have only had my bag for a day and I have gotten so many compliments on it already! I can’t wait to shop with Femni again!

I received my bag for my birthday yesterday and absolutely loved it! Such good quality and the design is amazing 😍 comes with attachable strap aswell so you can wear it how you like. Will be ordering again in the future 💞

If I could I would give 0 stars. I ordered the bag thinking that I will receive an ethical and sustainable product, only to days later realise that the same bag is sold for 12£ and FEMNI just marks up for profit. Wanted to cancel my order but what a surprise I got no reply!!! I am absolutely fuming, the bag is really poor quality, has an awful smell, came straight from China ( ethical products huh?) and I don't want to even mention that the strap doesn't even match the structure of the bag. I highly recommend everyone to go on their website and warn their future customers. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Wouldn’t even give one star. Received my order weeks later and the quality is shocking. Marks on bag and the leather is coming away, what a waste of £45. Love how on the website says designed in london but there actually made in china, if i knew that before I definitely would not of ordered. Emailed customer services with evidence of the faults and have been told that i have to pay postage to send back to them and they will decide if i’m allowed a refund or not. What a joke or a company and a complete scam. Would not advise buying anything off this website. I’m sure everyone will eventually see how poor quality and service your company is. So disappointed in customer service team, don’t seem happy to help customers. Poor poor company
